Abstract

 組成式:aBaO・bCoO・cZnO・dNb2O5の係数a、b、cおよびdが、0.498≦a<0.500、0.066≦b≦0.132、0.033≦c≦0.099、0.335≦d≦0.338を満足する結晶を有してなる誘電体セラミックスを提供する。また、BaO、CoO、ZnOおよびNb2O5からなる結晶を有し、かつ、X線回折チャートにおける2θ=18°付近に存在する結晶ピークIAと、2θ=31°付近に存在する結晶ピークIBとのピーク強度比IA/IBが0.003以上である誘電体セラミックスを提供する。前記誘電体セラミックスを誘電体として用いた共振器を提供する。
