Abstract

本発明は、三次元的な厚みを有し、エラスチン、フィブリリン等の弾性線維組織に不可欠な弾性線維成分が発現している三次元培養弾性線維組織、及び、該三次元培養弾性線維組織の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、コラーゲンからなる平均孔径が１～３０μｍである多孔性基材に対して、１×１０３／ｃｍ２以上の密度で線維芽細胞を播種する工程１と、前記工程１で得られた線維芽細胞が播種された多孔性基材を血清添加培地中で培養する工程２とを有する製造方法により製造される三次元培養弾性線維組織であって、厚さが５μｍ以上であり、エラスチン及びフィブリリンを含有する三次元培養弾性線維組織である。
