Abstract

　本発明の目的は、熱に不安定な薬剤に対して、無菌性を確保しつつ安定性を損なわずに製剤化可能な、熱に不安定な薬剤を充填した製剤の製造方法を提供する。熱に不安定な薬剤を充填した製剤の製造方法であって、充填口のみ開口させた熱可塑性容器を形成する形成工程と、前記充填口より薬剤を滅菌充填する充填工程と、前記充填口を伝熱抑制溶着でシールするシール工程とを含む、熱に不安定な薬剤を充填した製剤の製造方法。少量容器に特に適する。
