Abstract

Cette invention concerne un matériau pour fil d'acier inoxydable duplex pour un boulon à haute résistance et haute résistance à la corrosion, d'excellente forgeabilité à froid. Le matériau pour fil d'acier comprend les composants suivants (en masse): C: 0.005 à 0.05%, Si: 0.1 à 1.0%, Mn: 0.1 à 10.0%, Ni: 1.0 à 6.0%, Cr: 19.0 à 30.0%, Cu: 0.05 à 3.0% et N: 0.005 à 0.20%, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, dans lequel la teneur totale en C et en N est inférieure ou égale à 0.20%, la valeur M représentée par la formule (a) ci-après est inférieure ou égale à 60, la valeur F représentée par la formule (b) va de 45 à 85, et la résistance à la traction va de 550 à 750 N/mm2.
