Abstract

 本発明の電気泳動用マイクロ流路チップは、気体透過性の材料から形成された第1の基板と、気体透過性又は気体不透過性の材料から形成された第2の基板とからなり、前記第1の基板と第2の基板とは相互に貼り合わされており、前記第1の基板及び第2の基板の何れか一方の貼り合わせ面側に、両端にポートを有するサンプル送入用チャネルと、両端にポートを有する電気泳動用チャネルとを有し、前記サンプル送入用チャネルと電気泳動用チャネルとは、これらのチャネルの断面積よりも小さな断面積を有する狭小チャネルにより連通されている。本発明の電気泳動用マイクロ流路チップによれば、電気泳動用の電源が1個だけで済み、かつ、サンプル量の無駄を極力少なくすることができる
