Abstract

L'invention porte sur un comprimé qui comprend une substance physiologiquement active non stable en milieu acide en tant que qu'ingrédient actif, qui a le même niveau de dureté que celui d'un comprimé classique, et qui peut présenter une excellente propriété de désintégration rapide même en présence d'une faible quantité d'eau. L'invention porte spécifiquement sur un comprimé qui peut être mis en suspension dans de l'eau lors de son utilisation. Le comprimé comprend un granulé fin à enrobage entérique comprenant une substance physiologiquement active instable au milieu acide et un aditif, le granulé fin à enrobage entérique étant contenu dans une quantité d'environ 10 à 38 % en poids pour un comprimé.
