Abstract

【課題】変換効率を向上させ得るような構造の色素増感半導体多孔質層を有する色素増感太陽電池の電極基板を提供する。 【解決手段】電極基板表面に形成されている色素増感半導体多孔質層が、球状の酸化物半導体微粒子(A)と該球状酸化物半導体微粒子よりも粒直径の小さな不定形状の酸化物半導体微粒子(B)とから形成されており、60%以上の空隙率を有していると共に、BET法で測定して、該半導体多孔質層における細孔容積の最大ピークが細孔径30nm以上の領域に存在していることを特徴とする。
