Abstract

 携帯装置、その発光制御プログラム及び発光制御方法に関し、日時情報等の計時情報とともに、携帯装置(2)の位置や状態を表す情報を利用して発光条件を充足するか否かを判断し、発光手段(ライト6、104、発光部62)を発光又は消灯させる構成である。即ち、携帯装置等の計時手段(カレンダ時計機能部22)から計時情報を取得するとともに、情報取得手段(歩数計機能部24、GPS機能制御部30)から歩行情報、携行者が携行する携帯装置の位置及び/又は状態を表す情報を取得することにより、発光条件を充足するか否かを判断し、発光条件を充足している場合に発光手段を発光させる。斯かる構成により、発光や発光解除を自動化でき、携帯装置を携行するユーザの被視認性を高め、ユーザの安全性の確保と電力消費が抑制される。
