Abstract

 可動子の摺動不良が発生した場合に、ハンチング現象を生じることなく摺動不良を速やかに解消し、流量を安定的に増大させることができる流量制御用電磁比例制御弁の制御方法及びそのような制御方法を実施可能な制御装置を提供する。  駆動用電磁ソレノイドの電磁力と、電磁力とは反対の方向に作用するバネ力と、によって軸方向に移動する可動子を備え、駆動用電磁ソレノイドのコイルに供給される電気的エネルギを制御することにより可動子の移動量を変化させて弁の開度を調節し、流体の流量を比例制御する流量制御用電磁比例制御弁の制御方法であって、電気的エネルギの値を減少させる方向に可動子を移動させる際に、電気的エネルギの値を可動子の目標位置に対応する目標値よりも一時的に小さくした後、目標値に戻す。
