Abstract

 燃料電池のセパレータプレートにおける反応ガスの流通経路のパターンをスクリーン印刷により高精度に形成する。  ベースプレート10a上に反応ガスの流通経路となる所定のパターンの隔壁11を印刷によって形成する燃料電池用セパレータプレートの製造方法において、導電性材料を含むインク組成物をスクリーン印刷によって順次上方に複数回刷り重ねることにより隔壁11となる所定の厚さの導電性インキ層11a~11eを形成することを特徴とする。
