Abstract

 本発明は、輝度が高く、かつ画像上に白若しくは黒の画像欠陥やひび割れが無く、画像の経時ムラが低減された放射線画像変換パネルとその製造方法を提供する。更に、当該放射線画像変換パネルを用いたX線撮影システムを提供する。この手段として、基板の上に反射層、蛍光体層、及び保護層を有する放射線画像変換パネルにおいて、前記蛍光体層が気相堆積法により形成されており、前記反射層が3μm以下の金属層であり、かつ当該反射層の上部及び下部の少なくとも一方に反射層の保護層を有することを特徴とする放射線画像変換パネル及びその製造方法を特徴とする。
