Abstract

A radiographic image conversion panel exhibiting a high luminance, involving no white or black image defects on the image and no crack, causing reduced variation with time. Its manufacturing method and a radiographic system using this radiographic image conversion panel are also provided. The radiographic image conversion panel has, on a substrate, a reflective layer, a phosphor layer, and a protective layer. The panel is characterized in that the phosphor layer is formed by vapor deposition, and the reflective layer is a metal layer having a thickness of 3 µm or less, and a protective layer is formed at least on one of the upper and lower sides of the reflective layer. The panel is characterized by its manufacturing method.
