Abstract

 体腔内画像の取得環境の違いに影響されずに、病変部領域を精度よく検出することを目的とする。この目的のため、病変部候補領域抽出部(16)は、周囲の画素と比較して画素値に変化がある画素をもとに凸病変部候補領域および凹病変部候補領域を抽出する。溝判定部(17)は、凹病変部候補領域から体腔器官壁に挟まれて発生した溝の陰影に該当する領域を溝領域として判定する。病変部領域抽出部(18)は、凹病変部候補領域から溝領域と判定された凹病変部候補領域を除外して病変部領域を抽出する。
