Abstract

Disclosed is a coated base exhibiting high transparency and high antireflection performance. Specifically disclosed is a coated base having a coating film containing 85-100% by weight of a hollow particle. Also specifically disclosed is a coated base having a coating film obtained from a coating liquid containing organic polymer-coated hollow silicone fine particles. The organic polymer-coated hollow silicone fine particles have a cavity inside, while having an outer shell portion composed of a layer of a silicone compound and a layer of an organic polymer.
