Abstract

 深さ方向の検出位置とエネルギーが識別可能な(3次元)検出器を用いて放射線を検出する際に、深さ方向の検出位置に応じて、信号とノイズを識別するエネルギーウィンドウを変えることにより、検出器内での散乱成分を取得可能とする。又は、検出イベントに深さ方向の検出位置とエネルギー情報に応じた重み付けを与えて、検出器内での散乱成分を取得可能とする。これにより、検出器内での散乱成分を取得可能として、検出器の感度を高める。ここで、深さ方向の検出位置に応じて、異なる検出素子を用いることができる。
