Abstract
鋳物の生産条件として、上鋳型を下鋳型に重ね合わせる際に、プレス工程における上鋳型のプレス速度を制御して高い品質の鋳物製品を得ることができる鋳物製品の鋳造方法を提供する。 鋳物製品を鋳造するのに必要な所定の量の溶融金属が注入される下鋳型と、該下鋳型に重ね合わせるようにしてプレスすることにより、前記鋳物製品を鋳造するためのキャビティを画成する上鋳型とからなる鋳型を用いて鋳物製品を鋳造する鋳造方法であって、 上下鋳型の形状データに基づいて、鋳型内の溶湯の圧力推定手段を用いて、プレス工程における溶融金属に加わる圧力を推定してプレス速度を制御する。
