Abstract

　１フレーム期間の前半に緑色の光を発する冷陰極蛍光管（第１の光源）（９Ｇ）を点灯させ、１フレーム期間の後半に赤色及び青色の光を発する冷陰極蛍光管（第２の光源）（９ＲＢ）を点灯させるバックライト制御部（２１）を設置する。また、パネル制御部（表示制御部）（２０）において、入力された映像信号を、当該入力された映像信号と１フレーム期間の前半及び後半での光の色を基に１フレーム期間の前半用及び後半用の各映像信号に変換する映像信号変換部（２０ｂ）を設置する。
