Abstract

 冷却水温センサ(26)の異常時には、アルコール濃度センサ(37)で検出した主燃料のアルコール濃度が高濃度領域のときに補助燃料の供給を実施する。これにより、実際の冷却水温が低温領域で且つ主燃料のアルコール濃度が高濃度領域のとき、つまり主燃料の揮発性を十分に確保できないときに確実に補助燃料の供給を実施できるようにする。更に、冷却水温センサ(26)の異常時には、主燃料のアルコール濃度が高いときに暖機後の標準冷却水温よりも低い疑似水温を設定し、この疑似水温を用いて主燃料噴射量の暖機増量係数を算出する。これにより、実際の冷却水温が低温領域で且つ主燃料のアルコール濃度が高濃度領域のときに主燃料の噴射量を十分に増量補正できるようにする。
