Abstract

課題：色の再現性に幅（ばらつき、色ムラおよび／または色あせ）のあるシート状物品における汚れ、破れ、形状不良等の欠陥検査において、模様を欠陥と判定せず、かつ、黒汚れ、非黒よごれおよび破れの判別が可能な検査方法および装置の提供。 解決手段：複数の異なる色領域を有する検査板と、ＲＧＢ成分からなる複数のラインを撮像可能なカラーカメラとを提供し、検査板上を通過させたシート状物品のＲＧＢ画像データを取得し、Ｒ成分画像、Ｇ成分画像およびＢ成分画像を合成した合成画像を取得し、当該合成画像において変色領域を検出し、変色領域の色が予め記憶した欠陥種別の設定パラメータの範囲に属するかにより欠陥種別を判定することを特徴とするシート状物品の検査方法およびその装置。
