  • Fig. 1 presents a pulley block or generally speaking any other casing of each desired flexible member for conveying a rotary motion, namely for example a rope pulley or a belt pulley or a chain wheel or any other transmission element, which is adapted either to guide or to redirect a rope or a belt or a chain or any other flexible conveying member, which may either endless or loop-shaped, and which is generally able to transfer a force or a torque.
  • the forestry winch 8 is mounted on a tractor 9 and includes a main pulley block 7, by means of which the rope 4 is guided and is thereby either wound onto appropriate drum or unwound there-from.
  • Said main pulley block 7 is normally placed at relatively large distance from the ground, which however may have negative impact when bearing in mind stability of said tractor 9, especially when the rope 6 is tensioned by an essential force, so that an auxiliary pulley block 5 (Fig. 2) is preferably available on such winch 8, and should normally be placed as close as possible to the ground. Accordingly, the rope 6 may be redirected via said auxiliary pulley 5, as soon as some more comprehensive loading conditions in the rope 6 are expected.
  • a pulley block according to the invention may be used for the purposes of establishing such auxiliary pulley block 5, which then consists of two coaxial bearing seats 51, 52, which are arranged one above the other and between which the casing 50 of the pulley block 5 is placed, which is engaged within said bearing seats 51, 52 and is then allowed to swivel at least at certain angle around an axis 500, which extends through said bearing seats 51, 52.
  • each bearing seat 51, 52 is furnished with a cylindrical bore, the axis of which coincides with said axis 500.
  • said pulley block 5 comprises a casing 50, which consists of two parts 501, 502, which are positively interconnected and may in addition to that also be pivoted around said axis 500, where each of them comprises two each above the other arranged bearing segments 5011, 5012; 5021, 5022 and appropriate supporting area 5015, 5025 of the axle 55 of the rope pulley 57 as a transmission means.

  • both parts 501, 502 of the casing 50 of the pulley block 5 may thanks to said cutoffs 5011', 5012' oz 5021', 5022' be pivoted one towards the other or apart from each other, if desired.
  • the pivoting angle ⁇ of each part 501, 502 is approximately 30°.
  • said casing 50 of the pulley block 5 comprises an arresting assembly 56, which generally serves for establishing a detachable interconnection of both parts 501, 502 of said casing 50, namely either for connecting both parts 501, 502 in a state of mutual engagement, or also for releasing such engagement in order to enable pivoting said parts 501, 502 around the axis 500.

  • said arresting assembly 56 consists of an arresting seat 561, which is available on a desired part 502 of the casing 50, and also of a locking member 562, which is adapted to cooperate with said arresting seat 261, and may be either pivoted into a locked position on said seat 561 or also released by means of displacing in another position.
  • Said displacing of the locking member 562 may be performed by means of a swiveling handle 563, which is mounted on the axle 55 of the pulley 57 and may be swiveled from one end position adjacent to the first limiting member 564 into another end position adjacent to the second limiting member 565, or vice versa.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un carter (50) d'une poulie à câble ou d'un élément de transmission similaire (57), au choix, une poulie à courroie, un pignon à chaîne ou une poulie, le pignon à chaîne ou la poulie étant du type permettant de guider tout autre organe convoyeur souple (6), et, en particulier, pour guider un bloc de poulies auxiliaire (5) d'un treuil forestier. Afin d'éviter de soutenir l'axe (55) dudit élément de transmission (57) en porte-à-faux, ledit carter devrait permettre de le soutenir au niveau des deux côtés et simultanément placer également ledit organe de transmission souple (6) au-dessus de l'élément de transmission ou de l'ôter de là sans interrompre l'organe de transmission (6) ou ôter l'élément de transmission de l'axe. Le carter se compose de deux parties (501, 502) qui sont reliées par liaison de forme et faîtes pivoter autour d'un axe commun (500), chacune comprenant deux segments de palier (5011, 5012 ou 5021, 5021) placés l'un sur l'autre et une surface de support (5015), 5025) permettant de soutenir l'axe (55).
