Abstract

表面電位が向上したエレクトレット及びこれを備える静電誘導型変換素子を提供するために、主鎖に環構造を有する含フッ素重合体並びにシランカップリング剤、非プロトン性含フッ素溶媒及びプロトン性含フッ素溶媒としての含フッ素アルコールを含むコーティング用含フッ素重合体組成物を銅基板上にスピンコートし、これを焼成することによりエレクトレットを形成した。
