Abstract

 寒冷地においても換気による新鮮空気の供給を確保しつつ、冷えた給気による換気ユニットの凍結を抑えることが可能な空調換気装置を提供する。換気ユニット(5)は、屋外の空気を給気するための給気ダクト(2)と、給気ファン(52)を有している。空調ユニット(6)は、吸込ダクト(7)と、室内熱交換器(10)と、吹出ダクト(8)と、室内ファン(11)と、を有している。バイパスダクト(4)は、給気ダクト(2)の導入ダクト(21)と、吹出ダクト(8)とをバイパスしている。
