Abstract

 発光効率が低下しない表示装置を提供する。本発明の表示装置1は、第一、第二のパネル10、20と封止部材22とで囲まれた空間が樹脂膜29で充填されているので、内部に空気が進入しにくい。樹脂膜29を形成する際、大気圧よりも低い圧力で、樹脂液をスクリーン74上に広げるので、樹脂液中に混入した空気は脱泡除去される。従って、製造工程でも製造後も表示装置1の内部には空気が入り込まず、有機膜14がダメージを受けないので、寿命の長い表示装置1が得られる。
