Abstract

【課題】 リリーフ弁機能を備えた可変容量圧縮機の容量制御弁を提供する。また、基本構成を変えずに、吸入室圧力制御特性を、吐出室圧力が上昇すると制御吸入室圧力が低下する特性、吐出室圧力が上昇すると制御吸入室圧力が上昇する特性、吐出室圧力の変化が制御吸入室圧力に殆ど影響しない特性の何れにも設定できる、可変容量圧縮機の容量制御弁を提供する。 【解決手段】 傾角可変の斜板要素107を含む可変容量圧縮機100の吐出室120とクランク室105とを連通させる連通路121を開閉して吐出容量制御を行う可変容量圧縮機100の容量制御弁200であって、一端が吐出室120に連通し他端が弁室211bに開口する弁孔211cと、クランク室105に連通する弁室211bに配設され弁孔211cを開閉する弁体212と、弁室211bに配設され弁体212を閉弁方向へ付勢する第1バネ213と、バルブハウジング211に形成されたガイド孔211dに挿通され、弁孔211cに進入した一端部が弁体212に当接可能であり、弁孔211cから遮断された圧力室216に他端部が進入した伝達ロッド215と、圧力室216に配設され伝達ロッド215の他端部を第1バネ213に対向して弁体212へ向けて付勢する第2バネ218と、第1バネ213の付勢力と第2バネ218の付勢力とを受けて弁体212と伝達ロッド215とが一体化した弁体伝達ロッド組立体を付勢して弁体212を駆動し弁孔211cを開閉制御する弁駆動手段220とを備える。
