Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To absorb elongation of an inner cable sufficiently without lowering rigidity in a lower end drive type wind regulator. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A pulley (13) is provided at the upper end of a guide rail (11) and a cable driver (14) is provided at the lower end. Inner cables (15, 16) are laid in loop between the pulley (13) and the cable driver (14). A carrier plate (12) guided by the guide rail (11) to elevate/lower freely is coupled with the inner cable (15) for elevation, and coupled with the inner cable (16) for lowering through a lowering side elongation absorption mechanism (32). An outer casing (18) is arranged under curved state between the pulley (13) and a bracket (17) provided at a part along the guide rail (11), and an elevation side elongation absorption mechanism (44) for urging the lower end of the outer casing (18) upward is provided in the bracket (17).
