Abstract

Provided is a stress reducing glass which can reduce the stress and tiredness felt under the sunlight and suppress lowering of immunity. The glass (1) is formed by a plurality of glass plates (10, 40) and an intermediate film (30). The plurality of glass plates are layered via the intermediate film. The glass (1) has an average value T1 of the visible light ray transmittance in the range of wavelength from 350 nm to 450 nm which is 35% or below and an average value T2 of the visible light ray transmittance in the range of wavelength from 525 nm to 625 nm which is 80% or above.
