Abstract

担体・流体封入分注チップ、担体・流体封入分注チップ処理装置、および担体・流体封入分注チップ処理方法に係り、従来の液クロマトグラフまたはフィルタを用いた処理に対して、その分離・精製をより効率的かつ迅速に行うことができることを目的とし、気体の吸引吐出が行われるノズルに装着しまたはノズルに装着可能な連結管に装着して前記ノズルと連通可能な装着用開口部、および前記気体の吸引吐出によって液体の流入および流出が可能な口部を有する分注チップと、該分注チップ内に封入され、前記液体中の生体物質を吸着もしくは捕獲しまたは該生体物質と反応もしくは結合することが可能な担体と、前記分注チップ内に開封可能な状態で封入され該担体と接触する所定の液体または所定の気体からなる担体活性化維持用流体とを有することで担体活性化維持機能を付すように構成する。
