为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面结合附图对本发明作 进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例方案中, MG在接收到媒体流创建请求后,向 MGC上报决策 请求; MGC收到来自 MG的决策请求后, 根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状况信 息确定资源提供决策并下发给 MG。
MG向 MGC上报的决策请求中可以不包括业务需求信息,则 MGC需要预 先从用户处获取业务需求信息, 并根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状况确定资源提 供决策, 然后在接收到决策请求后, 根据决策请求将对应的资源提供决策下发 给 MG; MG向 MGC上4艮的决策请求中也可以包括业务需求信息, 则 MGC可 以直接根据决策请求中的业务需求信息和 /或资源状况确定资源提供决策,并将 该直接确定的资源提供决策下发给 MG, 也可以根据决策请求中的业务需求信 息和 /或资源状况对原先的资源提供决策进行调整,再将调整后的资源提供决策 下发给 MG。
本发明实施例的决策请求可以通过 H.248协议的事件机制实现。具体地说: 在 H.248协议基础上扩展一个事件(Event ), 本发明实施例中将该事件称为决 策请求事件, 通过该事件实现 MG检测和向 MGC发起决策请求。 决策请求事 件可以预先设置在 MG上, 也可以由 MGC向 MG下发。
当 MGC预先从用户处获取业务需求信息并确定资源提供决策时, 可以为 所确定的资源提供决策设置对应的授权标志, 并将该授权标志返回给用户, 然 后用户再将该授权标志通过媒体流创建请求发送给 MG; 则 MG向 MGC上报 的决策请求中需要携带该授权标志, MGC可以根据该授权标志获取预先确定的 对应资源提供决策。
上述 MG执行的步骤, 可以由代表 MG整体的根终端, 或 MG中的具有不 同属性的特定终端来执行。 这里的属性是指特定终端所对应的媒体流信息和 / 或用户信息。
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述。
本发明第一实施例中, 预先在 MG中设置决策请求事件, 用于检测和上报 资源提供决策请求。
本实施例的流程如图 2所示, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 201、 MG根据在其上预先设置的决策请求事件启动对可能发生的请求 资源提供决策的检测。
另外, 根据 H.248协议, MG中的资源被抽象为终端, 预先设置的决策请 求事件可以是在代表 MG整体的根终端上设置, 也可以是在 MG中的各个对应 不同属性的特定终端上分别设置。 这里特定终端的属性是指该终端对应的媒体 流信息和 /或用户信息。
本实施例的下述步骤中, 具体可以由 MG中的艮终端或特定终端来执行。 步骤 202、 MG检测到来自用户的媒体流创建请求后,确定出需要请求资源 提供决策, 预先在 MG中设置的决策请求事件检测到该请求后, MG将对应的 媒体流信息和 /或用户信息等业务需求信息通过在通知(Notify )命令中携带的 上述决策请求事件上报给 MGC。
这里,媒体流信息和 /或用户信息可以是 MG从用户的媒体流创建请求中获 取的, 也可以是 MG根据特定终端的属性确定。
步骤 203、 MGC接收到来自 MG的上述 Notify命令后,根据该命令中的媒 体流信息和 /或用户信息,和 /或资源状况确定资源提供决策,如所创建的媒体流 的最大带宽, 和 /或最高优先级,和 /或目的地范围等, 并将所确定的资源提供决 策下发给 MG。
步骤 204、 MG接收到资源提供决策后,执行该资源提供决策为用户创建媒 体流。
以上是对本发明第一实施例的说明。
在本发明的第二实施例中, MGC 首先根据来自用户的业务需求和 /或资源 状况信息确定资源提供决策, 但并不立即下发所确定的资源提供决策给 MG, 而是在接收到来自 MG的决策请求后, 才下发所确定的资源提供决策给 MG。
本实施例的流程如图 3所示, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 301、 MGC在接收到来自用户的业务需求信息后, 根据该业务需求信 息和 /或资源状况预先确定资源提供决策, 并生成与该资源提供决策相关联的授 权标志, 将生成的授权标志返回给用户, 同时向 MG上的特定终端下发决策请 求事件。
与现有技术相同, 本步驟中的业务需求信息包括媒体流信息和 /或用户信 息, 所确定的资源提供决策可以包括, 媒体流的最大带宽、 最高优先级、 或目 的地范围等, 或以上的任意组合。 本步骤中, MG上的特定终端可以是根终端, 也可以是媒体流信息和 /或用 户信息对应的特定终端。
另外, 本步骤中所生成的授权标志中可以包括媒体流的信息, 如会话标识 和 /或流标识。
步骤 302、 MG上的特定终端接收到决策请求事件,启动对可能发生的请求 资源提供决策的检测,当接收到来自用户的包括授权标志的媒体流创建请求后, 确定并检测出需要请求资源提供决策,则从媒体流创建请求中解析出授权标志, 并将解析的授权标志通过上述决策请求事件上报给 MGC。
这里, MG上的特定终端可以通过 Notify命令上报决策请求事件。
步骤 303、 MGC根据接收的决策请求中的授权标志查找到该授权标志所关 联的资源提供决策, 并将所述资源提供决策下发给 MG上的发起决策请求的特 定终端。
步骤 304、 MG上的特定终端执行该资源提供决策为终端创建媒体流。 以上是对本发明第二实施例的说明。
本发明的第三实施例基于上述第二实施例, 区别在于,在上述步骤 303中, 第三实施例在将所查找到的资源提供决策下发给 MG上的特定终端之前, MGC 可以根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状况对该资源提供决策进行调整, 以使该资源 提供决策更适合于当前的业务需求和资源状况。 例如, MGC在上述步骤 301 中根据用户的业务需求信息和 /或资源状况确定的资源提供决策中为用户确定 的最大带宽为 10M,但是在上述步骤 302中 MG向 MGC上报决策请求时, MG 在决策请求中上报的业务需求信息对最大带宽只需要 2M,则 MGC可以根据该 业务需求信息将资源提供决策中的最大带宽调整为 2M; 再如, MGC在上述步 骤 301中,根据用户的业务需求信息和 /或资源状况确定的资源提供决策中为用 户确定的最大带宽为 10M, 但是在上述步骤 302中 MG向 MGC上报决策请求 时, MGC根据资源状况信息发现 MG上的资源只剩下了 5M的带宽, 则 MGC 可以 据该资源状况信息将资源提供决策中的最大带宽调整为 5M。
在上述实施例应用时, 才据 H.248协议定义, 各个命令具有相应的请求和 响应机制, 这里不再赘述。
用于实现上述本发明实施例方法的***由 MGC和 MG所组成, 所述 MG 用于接收来自用户的媒体流创建请求,生成用于请求资源提供决策的决策请求, 并向所述 MGC上报所述决策请求;
所述 MGC用于接收来自 MG的决策请求, 根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状 况信息确定资源提供决策, 并将所述资源提供决策下发给 MG。
本发明实施例***的处理过程如下:
首先, MG根据在其上预先设置的决策请求事件启动对可能发生的请求资 源提供决策的检测。 MG检测到来自用户的媒体流创建请求后, 确定出需要请 求资源提供决策, 预先在 MG中设置的决策请求事件检测到该请求后, MG将 对应的媒体流信息和 /或用户信息等业务需求信息通过在通知(Notify )命令中 携带的上述决策请求事件上报给 MGC。
这里,媒体流信息和 /或用户信息可以是 MG从用户的媒体流创建请求中获 取的, 也可以是 MG根据特定终端的属性确定。
MGC接收到来自 MG的上述 Notify命令后, 根据该命令中的媒体流信息 和 /或用户信息,和 /或资源状况确定资源提供决策,如所创建的媒体流的最大带 宽,和 /或最高优先级, 和 /或目的地范围等, 并将所确定的资源提供决策下发给 MG。
作为一种具体实施方式, 所述 MG接收的媒体流创建请求和所生成的决策 请求中包含与资源提供决策关联的授权标志; 所述 MGC进一步用于生成与资 源提供决策相关联的授权标志, 将所述授权标志下发给用户, 并根据所收到的 决策请求中的授权标志匹配到相应的资源提供决策。
较佳地,所述 MGC进一步用于向所述 MG下发用于实现策略请求的事件; 或者所述 MG中预先设置用于实现策略请求的事件。
在这种实施方式下的***处理过程如下:
MGC在接收到来自用户的业务需求信息后, 根据该业务需求信息和 /或资 源状况预先确定资源提供决策, 并生成与该资源提供决策相关联的授权标志, 将生成的授权标志返回给用户, 同时向 MG上的特定终端下发决策请求事件。 本步骤中的业务需求信息包括媒体流信息和 /或用户信息, 所确定的资源提 供决策可以包括, 媒体流的最大带宽、 最高优先级、 或目的地范围等, 或以上 的任意组合。
本步骤中, MG上的特定终端可以是根终端, 也可以是媒体流信息和 /或用 户信息对应的特定终端。
另外, 本步骤中所生成的授权标志中可以包括媒体流的信息, 如会话标识 和 /或流标识。
MG上的特定终端接收到决策请求事件, 启动对可能发生的请求资源提供 决策的检测, 当接收到来自用户的包括授权标志的媒体流创建请求后, 确定并 检测出需要请求资源提供决策, 则从媒体流创建请求中解析出授权标志, 并将 解析的授权标志通过上述决策请求事件上报给 MGC。
MGC根据接收的决策请求中的授权标志查找到该授权标志所关联的资源 提供决策, 并将所述资源提供决策下发给 MG上的发起决策请求的特定终端。
本发明实施例的 MGC可以包括如下模块:
决策请求接收模块, 用于接收来自 MG的用于请求资源提供决策的决策请 求;
决策确定模块, 用于根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状况信息确定资源提供决 策;
决策下发模块, 用于当所述决策请求接收模块收到决策请求时, 将所述决 策确定模块所确定的资源提供决策下发给 MG。
较佳地, 所述决策请求接收模块中进一步包括授权标志传递单元, 用于将 所接收到的决策请求中的授权标志发送至所述决策确定模块;
所述决策确定模块进一步包括:
授权标志生成单元, 用于为所述决策确定模块所确定的资源提供决策生成 与之相关联的授权标志 , 并将所述授权标志下发给用户;
授权标志匹配单元, 用于根据来自决策请求接收模块的授权标志, 在所述 决策确定模块预先确定的资源提供决策中匹配到相应的资源提供决策。
所述决策确定模块中进一步包括决策调整单元, 用于根据业务需求信息和 / 或资源状况信息, 对所述决策确定模块已确定的资源提供决策进行调整。
较佳地, 所述决策请求接收模块进一步包括业务需求信息传递单元, 用于 将所述决策请求接收模块所收到的决策请求中的业务需求信息发送至所述决策 确定模块。
所述 MGC还可以进一步包括事件下发模块, 用于向 MG下发用于实现决 策请求的事件。
本发明实施例的 MG包括如下模块:
媒体流创建请求接收模块, 用于接收来自用户的媒体流创建请求; 决策请求生成模块, 用于根据所述媒体流创建请求生成用于请求资源提供 决策的决策请求;
决策请求上报模块, 用于将决策请求生成模块所生成的决策请求上报至 MGC;
决策接收模块, 用于接收来自 MGC的资源提供决策。
较佳地, 所述媒体流创建请求接收模块进一步包括授权标志转发单元, 用 于将所述媒体流创建请求接收模块所收到的媒体流创建请求中的授权标志转发 至所述决策请求生成模块;
所述决策请求生成模块用于生成包含所述授权标志的决策请求。
所述决策请求生成模块进一步包括业务需求信息获取单元, 用于获取包含 媒体流信息和 /或用户信息的业务需求信息;
所述决策債求生成模块生成的所述决策请求包含所述业务需求信息。
所述 MG可以进一步包括事件设置模块, 用于存储预先设置的决策请求事 件; 或者, 所述 MG进一步包括事件接收模块, 用于接收 MGC下发的决策请 求事件。
本发明实施例中, 通过 MGC接收到来自 MG的决策请求后, 才将根据业 务需求信息和 /或资源状况信息确定的资源提供决策下发给 MG, 使得 MGC在 MG的请求下被动下发资源提供决策,从而支持了上述资源提供决策下发的 Pull 模式;
另外, 本发明实施例中, 由于 MG在接收到用户的媒体流创建请求后, 才 向 MGC请求获取资源提供决策, 从而不需要在接收到媒体流创建请求之前的 这段时间内对资源提供决策进行保存, 减少了对 MG存储空间的占用;
进而 ,本发明实施例中 , MGC根据 MG的请求下发已确定的资源提供决策 前, 根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状况对资源提供决策进行调整, 从而使得资源 提供决策最终被执行时更适应当时的业务需求和资源状况。
以上是对本发明具体实施例的说明, 在具体的实施过程中可对本发明的方 法进行适当的改进, 以适应具体情况的具体需要。 因此可以理解, 根据本发明 的具体实施方式只是起示范作用, 并不用以限制本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种媒体网关控制器 MGC向媒体网关 MG下发资源提供决策 的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
MGC接收来自 MG的决策请求, 根据所述决策请求确定资源提供 决策, 并将所述资源提供决策下发给 MG。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MGC接收来自 MG的决策请求之前进一步包括: MGC根据用户的业务需求信息和 /或 资源状况预先确定资源提供决策, 为该资源提供决策生成关联的授权标 志 , 并将所生成的授权标志返回给用户;
则所述来自 MG的决策请求中包括所述授权标志;
所述 MGC 居所述决策请求确定资源提供决策, 并将所述资源提 供决策下发给 MG为: MGC根据所述决策请求中的授权标志获取预先 确定的与所述授权标志关联的资源提供决策, 并将所述资源提供决策下 发给 MG。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MGC根据所述 决策请求确定资源提供决策包括: MGC根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状 况信息确定资源提供决策。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MGC将资源提 供决策下发给 MG之前进一步包括: MGC根据业务需求信息和 /或资源 状况信息对所获取的资源提供决策进行调整。
5、 根据权利要求 2、 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务需 求信息来自于 MG上报的决策请求。
6、根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述决策 请求通过预先设置在 MG上、 或者由 MGC向 MG下发的 H.248协议的 事件机制实现。
7、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的授权标志中包 括: 会话标识和 /或流标识。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MG执行的步骤,具体由 MG的根终端,或由 MG中的特定终端来执行。
9、 一种 MGC, 其特征在于, 所述 MGC包括:
决策请求接收模块, 用于接收来自 MG的用于请求资源提供决策的 决策请求;
决策确定模块,用于根据业务需求信息和 /或资源状况信息确定资源 提供决策;
决策下发模块, 用于当所述决策请求接收模块收到决策请求时, 将 所述决策确定模块所确定的资源提供决策下发给 MG。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的 MGC,其特征在于, 所述决策请求接收 模块中进一步包括授权标志传递单元, 用于将所接收到的决策请求中的 授权标志发送至所述决策确定模块;
所述决策确定模块进一步包括:
授权标志生成单元, 用于为所述决策确定模块所确定的资源提供决 策生成与之相关联的授权标志, 并将所述授权标志下发给用户;
授权标志匹配单元, 用于根据来自决策请求接收模块的授权标志, 在所述决策确定模块预先确定的资源提供决策中匹配到相应的资源提 供决策。
11、根据权利要求 9所述的 MGC,其特征在于, 所述决策确定模块 中进一步包括决策调整单元, 用于才艮据业务需求信息和 /或资源状况信 息 , 对所述决策确定模块已确定的资源提供决策进行调整。
12、根据权利要求 9所述的 MGC,其特征在于, 所述决策请求接收 模块进一步包括业务需求信息传递单元, 用于将所述决策请求接收模块 所收到的决策请求中的业务需求信息发送至所述决策确定模块。
13、 根据权利要求 9至 12任一项所述的 MGC, 其特征在于, 所述 MGC进一步包括事件下发模块, 用于向 MG下发用于实现决策请求的 事件。
14、 一种 MG, 其特征在于, 所述 MG包括:
媒体流创建请求接收模块, 用于接收来自用户的媒体流创建请求; 决策请求生成模块, 用于根据所述媒体流创建请求生成用于请求资 源提供决策的决策请求;
决策请求上 4艮模块, 用于将决策请求生成模块所生成的决策请求上 报至 MGC;
决策接收模块, 用于接收来自 MGC的资源提供决策。
15、根据权利要求 14所述的 MG, 其特征在于, 所述媒体流创建请 求接收模块进一步包括授权标志转发单元, 用于将所述媒体流创建请求 接收模块所收到的媒体流创建请求中的授权标志转发至所述决策请求 生成模块;
所述决策清求生成模块用于生成包含所述授权标志的决策请求。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的 MG, 其特征在于, 所述决策请求生成 模块进一步包括业务需求信息获取单元, 用于获取包含媒体流信息和 / 或用户信息的业务需求信息;
所述决策请求生成模块生成的所述决策请求包含所述业务需求信 息。
17、根据权利要求 14、 15或 16所述的 MG,其特征在于, 所述 MG 进一步包括事件设置模块, 用于存储预先设置的决策请求事件。
18、根据权利要求 14、 15或 16所述的 MG,其特征在于, 所述 MG 进一步包括事件接收模块, 用于接收 MGC下发的决策请求事件。
19、一种 MGC向 MG下发资源提供决策的***,包括 MG和 MGC, 其特征在于, 所述 MG用于接收来自用户的媒体流创建请求, 生成用于 请求资源提供决策的决策请求, 并向所述 MGC上报所述决策请求; 所述 MGC用于接收来自 MG的决策请求,根据业务需求信息和 /或 资源状况信息确定资源提供决策, 并将所述资源提供决策下发给 MG。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述 MG接收的 媒体流创建请求和所生成的决策请求中包含与资源提供决策关联的授 权标志;
所述 MGC进一步用于生成与资源提供决策相关联的授权标志, 将 所述授权标志下发给用户, 并根据所收到的决策请求中的授权标志匹配 到相应的资源提供决策。
21、根据权利要求 19所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述 MGC进一步 用于向所述 MG下发用于实现策略请求的事件;或者所述 MG中预先设 置用于实现策略请求的事件。
