Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un comprimido multicapa para una combinación de triple liberación de agentes activos a un ambiente de uso. Más particularmente, la invención se refiere a un comprimido multicapa (1) que comprende dos capas externas que contienen droga (2 y 3) en arreglo apilado con respecto a una forma de dosificación oral (4) y sobre lados opuestos de la forma de dosificación oral (4) que provee una combinación de triple liberación de al menos un agente activo. En una realización de la invención, la forma de dosificación es un dispositivo osmótico. En otra realización de la invención, la forma de dosificación es un núcleo recubierto gastrorresistente. En aún otra realización de la invención, la forma de dosificación es un comprimido matricial. En una realización diferente, la forma de dosificación es una cápsula dura.
