Definitions
- the present invention relates to a footwear with integrated metatarsal roll according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- the ankle joint is the connecting element between foot and leg and, like the knee joint, is under the entire load of the body. Due to the mentioned high stress such as age, obesity and sport, it is not uncommon for a cartilage wear and the often described osteoarthritis, which hinders the natural movement and rolling process.
- the Achilles tendon which represents the extension of the calf muscles and sinewy on the heel bone, is already under normal stress strongly demanded. As the strongest tendon of the body, it is indeed designed for it, but unfortunately, it comes with years of wearing partly too high heel shoes and consequent jerky stretching and contracting the tendon at every step again and again to inflammations that make painless walking almost impossible.
- the orthopedic shoemaker in these cases often wears material on the bottom of the shoe sole in the midfoot area.
- the transitions are balanced to the sole of the sole and heel, creating a kind of role, the apex of which is usually below the 3 wedge-roots of the tarsal root.
- the so-called midfoot roller helps the wearer to stabilize and roll off gently. It relieves the function of the tarsal joints and the upper ankle pain are relieved and the tension change of the Achilles tendon is attenuated.
- shoe soles or shoes which include an integrated soft bedding or support. Inserted foam parts in soles or removable footbeds in shoes should cushion the heel and forefoot area or support the ankle. While many of these shoes are fashionably styled, they do not take into account the needs of the aetiology mentioned for which a midfoot role would provide relief.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a footwear, which takes into account the needs of the wearer for ankle, midfoot or Achilles tendon, while making it possible to dispense with the conventional on the outsole externally constructed metatarsal, in particular to make the outsole look more free.
- the solution is characterized in that incorporated in the sole cup of the shoe two molded parts, preferably made of polyurethane (PU foam) or from another set in different degrees of hardness damping material and are arranged one above the other.
- the sole shell is connected to the upper construction consisting of upper stock and soft cover insole in a conventional manner.
- FIG. 2 a plan view of an outsole shell for a footwear with integrated midfoot roller
- FIG. 3 shows a cross-section of an outsole shell for a footwear with integrated metatarsal roll in a section of the forefoot region
- FIG. 4 shows a cross section of an outsole shell for a footwear with an integrated midfoot roller in a section of the hindfoot region
- FIG. 5 shows a longitudinal section of an outsole shell with integrated midfoot roller
- FIG. 6 shows a cross-section of an outsole shell for a footwear with integrated metatarsal roll in a section of the midfoot region
- FIG. 7 a lower molded part for a footwear with integrated midfoot roller in perspective view
- FIG. 8 snapshot during the unwinding process with a footwear with integrated midfoot roller
- Figure 9 another snapshot during the rolling process with a footwear with integrated metatarsal
- FIG. 10 shows a third snapshot during the unwinding process with a footwear with an integrated central foot roll.
- footwear with integrated metatarsal, referred to below as footwear consists, as shown in Figure 1, of a capstan 1, which is connected to a cover insole 2, and two molded parts 3, 4, which are incorporated in a barrel shell 5 superimposed.
- the upper 1 and the upper 2 insole are preferably made of soft leather or a synthetic material and, as shown in FIG. 1, are conventionally connected together to form a shaft construction with a zigzag seam or with a chisel or by gluing.
- the outsole shell 5 is conventionally connected to the shaft construction 1, 2 likewise by gluing or sewing.
- the molded parts 4, 3, as well as the outsole shell 5, preferably consist of a P U R foam or of another damping material to be set in different degrees of hardness.
- the molded part 3 lying in the outsole shell 5 at the top, as shown in FIG. 2, is formed flat up to an edge of approximately 10 to 12 mm.
- FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 it can be seen in cross-section how the molded part 3 is incorporated in a section of the forefoot area 5A and in a section of the rearfoot area 5C.
- the height of the molded part 3 in the forefoot area 5 A is preferably at least 6 mm and in the rear foot area 5 C is preferably at least 8 mm.
- the molded part 3 is, as shown in FIG. 5, in the metatarsal rich 5 B arranged above the molding 4. It is about 4 to 6 mm high above its apex.
- the height of the molded part 3 but to adapt to the special needs of the wearer. It can be z. B. the weight of the carrier are taken into account.
- the molded part 4 incorporated in the outsole shell 5 below the molded part 3, as shown in FIG. 5 and also seen in FIG. 7, is wedge-shaped in front and in the back and tapers in the direction of the rearfoot region 5 C and the forefoot region 5 A Shaped part 4 is in the midfoot area 5 B as shown in Figure 6 along the inner longitudinal arch 5 D higher than in the region of the outer longitudinal arch 5 E.
- the general height can be adapted to the needs of the wearer.
- the molded parts 3, 4, and the outsole shell 5 are set in different degrees of hardness.
- the molded part 4 incorporated in the outsole shell 5 below the molded part 3 is harder than the molded part 3 and the outsole shell 5, wherein the molded part 3 is softer than the outsole shell 5.
- the molded parts 3 and 4 are, as seen in Figure 5 and Figure ⁇ , so incorporated into the shape of the outsole shell 5 that they are after insertion of the z .B. PUR foam material are firmly enclosed by this. Only in the plan view of the outsole shell, as shown in Figure 2, the above incorporated molding 3 can be seen.
- the average hardness setting of the outsole shell 5 dampens the entire process.
- the appearance of the outsole shell is largely free to design.
