本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可吊双 40英尺箱的汉小车集装箱起重机, 它配置有二部小车, 在大 梁的上部轨道装有前小车并在该轨道上运行, 在门框横梁的下部轨道装有后 小车并在该轨道上运行, 在门框横梁的下方装有设置集装箱箱位的中转平 台, 前小车通过运行轨道将二个 40英尺集装箱吊至中转平台上, 后小车通过 运行轨道将中转平台上的集装箱逐一吊至地面运输车上, 装卸操作反之亦 然。
本发明的可吊双 40英尺箱的双小车集装箱起重机是在双小车起重机和可 吊双 40英尺箱起重机基础上作出的一种改进和创新, 它既继承了双小车起重 机和可吊双 40英尺箱起重机的优点, 又克服了它们所存在的缺陷, 大大地提 高了起重机对大型集装箱船的装卸效率, 解决了大型起重机对地面运输车的 快捷配合问题, 进一步提高了集装箱起重机的作业生产率。
本发明的前小车能方便地一次性装卸二个并排的 40英尺集装箱, 同时利 用后小车极低的起升高度和极短的运行距离, 很好地解决了起重机和地面运 输车之间集装箱的装卸定位防摇问题, 提高了起重机和地面运输车之间的装 卸速度。
本发明的集装箱起重机不仅能在自动化码头上使用, 而且非常适合在集 装箱常规码头上使用, 具有很好的发展前景和广泛的应用市场。 附图说明

参看附图, 本发明的一种可吊双 40英尺箱的双小车集装箱起重机配置有 二部小车, 二部小车在各自独立的上下二个轨道上运行。 前小车 1安装在大梁 的上部轨道 3上, 并在该轨道上运行。 前小车轨道 3位于前后大梁上, 其高度 为常规起重机的正常高度位置, 前小车 1主要实现集装箱船和中转平台之间的 集装箱的装卸。 后小车 2安装在门框横梁 5的下部轨道 4上, 并在该轨道上运 行。 后小车轨道 4的高度离地面较近, 后小车 2主要负责地面运输车和中转平 台之间集装箱的装卸。
在门框横梁 5下方的最优化位置装有设置集装箱箱位的中转平台 6。 前小 车 1通过运行轨道 3负责将集装箱船 7上并排的二个 40英尺集装箱一次性吊至中 转平台 6上, 或者前小车 1将中转平台 6上的二个 40英尺集装箱一次性吊至集装 箱船 7上。 由于前小车一次性可吊起二个 40英尺集装箱, 因此前小车的生产率 是常规起重机的二倍。 前小车也可同时装卸四个 20英尺集装箱或一个 40英尺 集装箱和二个 20英尺集装箱。 当然, 前小车也可如常规起重机那样装卸一个 20英尺集装箱, 或一个 40英尺集装箱, 或一个 45英尺集装箱, 或一个 53英尺 集装箱。 后小车 2通过运行轨道 4负责将中转平台 6上的集装箱一个个地吊至地面运 输车 8上, 或者后小车 2将地面运输车 8上的集装箱一个个地吊至中转平台 6 上。 下部轨道 4的设置巧妙地利用了起重机本身的结构特点, 使其与地面高度 大大降低, 小车运行距离缩短, 从而使后小车有了最优化的起升高度和运行 距离, 使得起重机和地面运输车之间对位容易, 装卸定位防摇, 提高了装卸 速度和装卸效率。
两部小车通过中转平台实现接力式作业, 可采用全自动的无人操作, 也 可按照用户需求采用人工或遥控操作相结合的作业模式。 中转平台除了能够 实现两部小车的中转接力功能外, 集装箱的四角锁销的装卸工作也能在中转 平台上由工人完成, 即利用两部小车接力作业的时间差, 使装卸集装箱的角 锁销时间, 不再占用作业循环时间, 从而提高起重机的装卸效率。 然而常规 起重机在作业时, 集装箱角锁销的装卸一般是由小车吊着集装箱在靠近地面 时由工人在地面上完成的, 小车只能在工人完成集装箱角锁销的装卸后方可 进入下一个循环。 本起重机的前小车将集装箱吊至中转平台后就可立即离去 进行下一个循环, 从而省去了前小车作业循环中的取锁销的时间。
由于后小车的起升和小车运行距离很短, 它的一个循环时间接近前小车 一个循环时间的一半, 以便其效率与前小车相协调。
