Definitions
- the invention relates to a hybrid drive train of a motor vehicle, comprising a serial arrangement of an internal combustion engine, a first operated as a generator first electric machine, a predominantly operable as an electric second electric machine, and a final drive, and with a switchable via lines and power electronics with the two electric traction battery and a controller for controlling the flow of energy between the electric machines and the driving battery.
- a hybrid powertrain of a motor vehicle is understood to mean a drive train with a hybrid drive, which consists of a combination of an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, wherein the electric motor can be supplied either from an entrained running battery or from a contact wire via current collectors.
- a hybrid drive which consists of a combination of an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, wherein the electric motor can be supplied either from an entrained running battery or from a contact wire via current collectors.
- a parallel hybrid drive which is known for example from DE 102 48 715 A1 and DE 101 58 536 B4
- the internal combustion engine and the electric motor in parallel arrangement on the final drive are effective, i. the motor vehicle in question can be driven either directly by the internal combustion engine or the electric motor or jointly by both drive motors.
- a disadvantage of this design is that for start-up and driving with the engine, a starting clutch and a driving gear is required, resulting in a large space requirement and high weight of the drive train.
- the internal combustion engine drives a generator via which, in conjunction with a traction battery, an electric motor connected to the final drive is fed.
- the direct drive of the motor vehicle thus always takes place via the electric motor, wherein the internal combustion engine but if necessary, for. B. when driving on inner city areas with emission restrictions, can be turned off, so that the electric motor is then fed only from the drive battery.
- An advantage of this design is that a starting clutch and a driving gear are not required and can be saved, resulting in a low space requirement and a low weight of the drive train l results.
- a disadvantage of this design is the two-fold energy conversion mechanical-electrical and electrical-mechanical between the engine, the generator, and the electric motor, resulting in a relatively poor efficiency result.
- the electric motor is usually operated at higher speeds in an unfavorable operating range.
- the problem is solved according to the invention in conjunction with the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the two electric machines in an electromagnetic transmission with an input shaft connected to a rotatably mounted drive rotor, connected to an output shaft, rotatably mounted output rotor, and with a common rotatably connected to a housing member and axially displaceably mounted stator are summarized, wherein the drive rotor and the output rotor axially adjacent in a cylindrical arrangement each circumferentially distributed permanent magnets with alternating polarity, and wherein the stator in a radially adjacent arrangement to the permanent magnets of the rotors at least one short-circuit winding has, which is associated with an associated power electronics, wherein the effective transmission ratio is adjustable by an axial displacement of the stator relative to the rotors.
- the electromagnetic gear used can, as known from DE 44 08 719 C1 and DE 101 63 226 A1, be designed as an external rotor, in which the stator is arranged radially inwardly, the short-circuit winding is arranged radially on the outside of the stator Drive rotor and the output rotor are arranged radially outboard, and the permanent magnets are arranged on the short-circuit winding facing radial inner side of the rotors.
- the relevant electromagnetic transmission can also be designed as an inner rotor with a radially outer stator and with radially inner rotors, in which the short-circuit winding is arranged radially inward on the stator, and the permanent magnets are arranged on the short-circuit winding facing radial outer side on the rotors ,
- the driving battery is expedient via a controllable DC-DC converter with the short-circuit winding of the stator in combination.
- the traction battery usually has a higher voltage level than the electrical system and the on-board battery with the usual 12 volts. It is therefore advantageous if the traction battery is connected via a controllable DC-DC converter with the electrical system and the on-board battery. As a result, the on-board battery can be charged from the drive battery as needed and a separate generator for the electrical system can be saved.
- a further drivable axle can be provided with an associated electric motor, which can be connected as needed to the traction battery and / or the short-circuit winding of the stator.
- the connection of the further drive axle can be done, for example, depending on the traction of the main drive axle.
- the electric start of the internal combustion engine during vehicle standstill can take place in that the stator is completely displaced in or on the drive rotor, and the drive rotor is operated in conjunction with the short-circuit winding as an electric motor.
- the stator is initially placed completely in or on the drive rotor and subsequently moved in the direction of the output rotor, wherein the drive rotor is operated in conjunction with the short-circuit winding as a generator and the output rotor in conjunction with the short-circuit winding as an electric motor.

Description
Beschreibung
Hierzu zeigt:
Fig. 1 Den schematischen Aufbau eines erfindungsgemäßen Hybridantriebsstrangs.
