本发明中, 局域网终端在尝试接入局域网之前, 从接收到的网络 侧的消息中获悉各局域网的网络互通能力,从而可以确定局域网是否 支持互通要求, 准确地选择一个可以接入的局域网,局域网终端的接 入的成功率可以得到提高, 并可以减少尝试接入所消耗的时间,提高 用户的满意度。
本发明的方法, 除可以应用于 802.11 无线局域网之外, 还可以 应用到其它接入网络, 如 IEEE 802.3有线局域网、 IEEE 802.16无线 城域网等。
另外,本发明还可以使得局域网终端可以获得其他与外部网络互 通相关的其他辅助信息,网络运营过程中便能够支持局域网终端更灵 活的网络选择策略, 以便于终端自由地选择其最希望接入的网络。
此外,网络能力互通信息和外部网络信息由相应网络所支持的管 理帧携带, 或者增加新的管理帧来携带这些信息。从而在状态 1和状 态 2就可以进行相互之间的信息交互,特别有利于基于相应外部网络 信息的快速网络选择,避免了现有技术中由于要在建立链路后才能获 得相应外部网絡信息所导致的网络选择失败及业务时延,终端耗电等 问题。
此外, 本发明在无线局域网***中实现增强的网络发现机制, 在 AP向 STA广播或响应 STA能力发现请求时, AP可获得外部网络信 息, 通过使用外部网络信息服务正确地向 STA传递相应信息。 实现 了 WLAN与外部网络的互通, 并可以满足各种互通的应用场景及端 到端业务需求保障。 本发明的实现使得基于 WLAN的组网更为灵活 和方便, 从而可以满足 WLAN用户与外部网络互通的需求。
此外, 本发明中由于新增加了承载服务, 因此, 改变了 WLAN 只能单纯考虑空口的实现方法, 从而有利于在 WLAN中提供端到端 连接的 QoS、 安全等能力支持。 另外, 本发明的实现还可以保证当对 于一个 VoIP业务, 空中接口能满足业务 QoS需求而 DS不能满足相 应的 QoS要求时, AP为该 VoIP业务申请 DS承载过程将会失败,从 而阻止该 VoIP业务的建立。 反之也一样, 可以保证在一个 VoIP业务 期间维持 DS承载的 QoS保障。

具体实施方式 本发明针对 WLAN作为无线接入网絡所面临的网络选择问题, 提出一种局域网终端接入局域网的方法以及局域网***和装置,使得 STA在选择与目标接入网建立关联之前,通过对网络互通信息的获取 来迅速判断该 WLAN接入网络是否满足其互通要求, 即是否可以提 供相应的能力支持(例如,该 WLAN网络是否能提供 Internet接入服 务或其它互通服务,可以通过什么样的认证方式接入该 WLAN网络, 是否允许本 STA从该 WLAN网络接入, 等等), 以达到 STA省时、 省电, 及网络选择及接入自动化处理的目的。
请参阅图 2, 本发明的实施方式中, AP可以基于广播机制 210 或请求-响应机制 220获取所述网絡互通能力信息 230及相应的外部 网络信息 240, 也可以同时应用两种机制获取相应的信息。
在 WLAN***中, 广播机制 210可以基于被动信道扫描机制即 指通过信标(Beacon ) 帧携带相关信息; 请求-响应机制 220可以基 于主动扫描机制即由探测请求(Probe-request ) 帧携带外部网络信息 请求, 探测响应帧(Probe-Response )携带网络互通能力和 /或外部网 络信息响应。 广播机制及请求-响应机制也可使用操作 ( Action )管理 帧实现。
为了便于对本发明的理解,下面结合实施方式对本发明的局域网 终端接入局域网的方法进行说明。

经过上述处理过程, 局域网终端可以准确地选择接入的局域网, 并能够快速地在漫游地实现网络接入。

WLA 网络所有者标识用于说明该 WLAN网络属于谁, 如机场的 WLAN网络所有者可能是机场或某个本地运营商, 酒店的 WLAN 网络其所有者可能是酒店或某个本地运营商, 某个小区的 WLAN 网络拥有者可能属于物业管理部门, 等等。 目前在一些实际 应用中, 也有采用 SSID来标识网络所有者的, 由于 SSID有其特定 的语义, 因此, 广播的 WLAN互通能力信息增加新的区分 WLAN网 络所有者的字段。 STA通过 WLAN网络拥有者标识, 可以判断该网 络是否属于其归属网络(Home Network )。
网络互通基本能力信息用于说明基本的概要性质的互通能力说 明, 可通过约定不同比特位的特定含义来表示响应的网络互通能力, 具体包括:
拜访者用户接入 ( Visited User Access ) (例如 1 bit ), 用于标识该 网络是否与其他业务提供商有漫游关系, 并支持拜访者接入外部网 络, 如置位为 1表示支持, 为 0表示不支持; 对于一个不支持拜访者 用户接入的网络, STA只能选择由该网络本地所提供的在线接入方法 接入网络。
紧急呼叫(例如 1 bit ), 用于说明该网络是否支持紧急呼叫业务, 如置位为 1表示支持紧急呼叫, 为 0表示不支持; 支持紧急呼叫的网 络具备与紧急呼叫中心互通的能力,以及具备向紧急呼叫中心提供呼 叫终端位置信息的能力。 紧急呼叫业务一般要求免费提供。
MIH (例如 l bit ), 用于说明该网络是否支持 MIH标准, 即能支 持终端跨不同接入媒体的切换, 如置位为 1表示支持, 为 0表示不支 持。 对于一个支持 MIH的多模终端来说, 要求在 WLAN网络与其它 网络之间的进行切换, 因此也要求相应的 WLAN网络具备 MIH标准 支持能力。
支持的在线注册方法信息表示该网络所支持的在线注册方法,例 如, 是否支持 UAM ( Universal Access Method, —种基于浏览器劫持 的接入认证方法)。 STA可选择网络所支持的在线注册方法接入网 络。
因此, STA可以获知两方面信息: 该网络是否属于其归属网络; 若该网络不属于其归属网络,能够知道该网络具体的网络互通能力以 及所支持的在线注册方法。
假设 STA的归属网络为 A, 当该网络不属于 A时, STA需求知 道该 WLAN网络是否支持其接入并获得相关服务, 这时就进入步骤 720进行交互, 从而获取具体的网络互通能力信息。
需要说明的是: STA在选择进入步骤 720之前, 同时还应综合考 虑网络的其他能力信息, 如安全能力信息、 QoS能力信息等, 以判断 该网络是否能满足相应的业务的需求;所述的网络的其他能力信息可 以通过主动扫描或被动扫描获得。
步骤 720, STA给 AP发送网络互通信息发现请求消息, 消息中 携带着 STA接入 WLAN网络需要获取的具体的网络互通能力信息的 请求。
网络互通信息发现请求中承载的信息用来询问 AP与其归属网络 是否有漫游关系, 以及是否支持相应的互通业务需求。 考虑到一个 STA可能装载有多个归属网络的客户端程序 ,通过该信息可同时询问 AP对多个归属网络的支持能力。

在 802.11 WLAN网络, 所述的信息可以由 Probe Request管理帧 携带, 或者由 Action管理帧携带。
步骤 730, AP给 STA响应网络互通信息发现响应消息, 消息携 带着根据其请求确定的相应的网络互通能力信息, 其中包含 STA请 求发现的网络互通能力。
AP收到 STA的信息后,需要确定与 STA的归属网络是否存在漫 游关系。 网络互通能力信息响应消息中承载的信息的内容如表 4所 示:

其中, 针对每个归属网络的归属网络发现结果, 主要包括: ( 1 ) 归属网络标识(Home Network Identifier, HNI );
( 2 )结果(Result ), 主要标识成功或者失败原因, 成功则表示 局域网终端的该归属网络与这一 AP之间可以漫游互通, 失败则表示 两网之间不能漫游互通;
( 3 ) 附加的归属网络信息, 当归属网络发现结果为成功时, 则 可进一步携带该网絡的附加的归属网络信息, 例如:
计费政策: 例如漫游费的计算;
MIH相关信息: 当支持 MIH时, 网络侧 MIH相关信息; 等等。
( 4 ) 互通业务类型 ( Interworking Service Requirements );
所述的互通业务类型为:
描述 STA期望支持的外部网絡类型及 WLAN与外部网络的互通 方式。 具体可能的互通业务类型包括:

所述的信息可以通过 Probe Response管理帧携带,或者也可以由 Action管理帧携带。
本实施例中, 分为两个步骤获取网络互通能力信息的目的是: 对 于基本的概要性质的网络互通能力信息可以首先通过步驟 710获得, 进一步的更具体 STA密切相关的外部网络信息可以通过之后的步驟 720和 730获得。
在实际应用过程中, 当采用步骤 710、 720和 730获取网络互通 信息时,则 STA在扫描广播消息期间,首先判断该网络能否满足 STA 接入的基本需求,在满足基本需求的基 上再进行步骤 720和 730的 交互, 以发现该 STA接入所要求的网络互通能力均可以支持。
针对所述的基本的 WLAN网络互通能力信息、 网络互通信息发 现请求中承载的信息、 网络互通信息发现响应消息中承载的信息, 在 传递过程中根据需要还可以提供相应的保护或安全机制。
本发明提供的网络互通信息发现的机制除可以应用于 802.11 无 线局域网之外,还可以应用到其它接入网络,如 IEEE 802.3有线局域 网、 IEEE 802.16无线城域网等。 当应用到其他网络时, 上述 3种信 息由相应网络所支持的管理帧携带,或者增加新的管理帧以携带这些 信息。 如在 802.3网络, 需要增加新的以太网协议类型区别其他数据 报文, 以支持这些信息的传递。
由于本发明在接入之前进行了可以接入的 WLAN的选择工作, 因此, 可以大大提高接入的成功率, 避免多次尝试接入, 节省了局域 网终端漫游接入 WLAN需要的时间。
综上所述,本发明提供的网络互通信息发现机制使得 STA (局域 网终端)在尝试接入 WLAN之前, 便可以确定该 WLAN是否支持 STA的互通要求, 从而可以更准确地选择一个可以接入的 WLAN, 这样,局域网终端的接入的成功率可以大大提高, 并可以減少尝试接 入所消耗的时间, 提高用户的满意度。
另夕卜,本发明还可以使得局域网终端可以获得其他与外部网络互 通相关的其他辅助信息如计费政策等, 这样, 网络运营过程中便能够 支持 STA更灵活的网络选择策略, 以便于 STA自由地选择其最希望 接入的网络。

940, 用于获取与互通入口实体 930相连的外部网络 920的外部网络 信息, 并将所述的外部网络信息提供给无线局域网 910 中的接入点 ( AP ) 911。 所述的外部网络信息获取单元 940设置于互通入口实体 930内或独立于该互通入口实体 930设置, 所述的外部网络信息包括 归属网络标识信息、 附加的归属网络信息和 /或互通业务类型信息, 等等。
所述的互通入口实体 930还包括相应的承载服务单元 931 , 用于 建立互通入口实体 920与无线局域网 AP 911之间的 载, 并对所述 的承载进行管理, 基于该承载可以在互通入口实体 930与 AP 911之 间进行信息的交互, 进而实现接入终端与外部网络之间的信息的交 互。
其中, 所述的互通入口实体 930是分发***(DS ) 912与外部网 络 920之间连接的一个逻辑实体,所述的逻辑实体可以设置于独立的 物理实体上, 也可以设置于已经存在的物理实体, 即所述互通入口实 体 930是 WLAN 910与外部网络 920互通接口的逻辑参考点。
在 DS 912进行 MSDU分发 ( distribution )时,来往外部网络 920 的数据包均经过互通入口实体 930。 例如, STA发送数据包到外部网 络 920, DS 912转发时接收地址填互通入口实体 930的地址。 外部网 络 920到 STA的数据包, 发送地址为互通入口实体、 接收地址为对 应 AP的地址, 之后 AP再传递给 STA。
WLA 可通过不同的互通入口实体与不同的外部网络互通, 或 通过同一个互通入口实体与不同的外部网络互通。
对于支持互通的 WLAN网络架构, 所有业务转发都必经互通入 口实体, 所以该点同时也可以作为计费信息的重要采集点之一。
在 WLAN***运行之前, AP需要知道网络中的各个互通入口实 体信息, 以及其对应每个互通入口实体连接的外部网络的特征信息, 即外部网络信息, 例如, 所连接的外部网络标识、 支持的互通的外部 网络类型, 具体如 3GPP场景 2、 3GPP场景 3、 UMA (非授权频段 移动接入)、 IMS (因特网多媒体子网 )、 ISP (服务提供者)、 Intranet 或 Internet信息, 等等。 这些信息称之外部网络信息, 互通入口实体 需要知道其相关联的外部网络信息,互通入口实体具体可以在自身设 置相应的信息, 或者互通入口实体也可以通过访问外部获得该信息。
当隶属于某个特定业务提供商的用户要求通过本 WLAN接入相 应的外部网珞而获得相应互通业务时, AP必须知道相应的外部网络 信息, 包括为该用户提供所要求的外部网络信息服务, 以及接入控制 等信息。
因此, 需要在 AP与 DS之间提供一种新的服务, 即外部网络信 息服务, 从而使得 AP能获得所述的外部网络信息。 外部网络信息服 务是新增加的一种 DS逻辑服务功能, 具体可以通过设置相应的外部 网絡信息服务单元实现。
如图 15所示, AP获取外部网络信息的具体实现过程包括: 主动 方式和被动方式两种, 其中:
所述的被动方式如步骤 41所示, 具体为: DS中的外部网络信息获取单元直接将外部网络信息推送到 AP, 即通过 External-network-information.indication (夕卜部网络信息指示 ) 消息携带相应的外部网络信息发送给 AP。
所述的主动方式如步骤 42和步骤 43所示, 具体包括: 步骤 42 , AP 向 DS 中的外部网络信息获取单元发起
External-network-information.request (夕卜 ·Ι 网络信息请求 );
步骤 43 , DS 中的外部网络信息获取单元向 ΑΡ 返回 External-network-information.indication消息 , 消息中携带所请求的夕卜 部网络信息。
通过上述主动方式可请求获得所有 Entrance 关联的外部网络信 息或指定的 Entrance的关联信息, Entrance可用 MAC地址标识, 也 以可请求查询某个网络运营商与这些外部网络之间是否存在漫游关 系等各种特定信息。
AP获得相应的外部网络信息后, 便可以通过其与互通入口实体 之间建立的承载服务(Bearer Service )实现接入终端与外部网络之间 的信息的交互, 从而实现 WLAN与外部网络之间的互通。
在进行 STA接入认证时, 该 STA对应的鉴权服务器传递到对应 AP的授权数据可能包含针对 QoS、 安全策略、 路由等方面的控制信 息, AP必须根据这些信息分别在空中接口(AP与接入终端之间的接 口)及 DS接口 (即 AP与互通入口实体之间的接口)上实施。
如图 16所示, 相应的处理具体包括:
步骤 51, AP向互通入口实体发送 Bearer.request (承载请求)消 息, 该消息可以用于 AP请求建立新的承载、 改变现有承载的参数及 删除某承载等。
步驟 52, DS中的互通入口实体接收到所述的请求消息后, 进行 相应的处理并返回 Bearei'.response (承载响应) 消息, 消息中包括所 述请求消息是否成功执行或失败, 以及执行成功时, 相应的承载的具 体参数。
在承载建立之后,根据需要还可以执行步骤 53 , 即由 DS中的互 通入口实体向 AP发送 Bearer.indication (承载指示)消息, 该消息用 于向用户报告承载的使用状况, 如丟包率等; 每个承载拥有一个标识 Bearer ID, 可由 AP发送 Bearer.request请求创建承载时创建, 或由 DS成功创建承载回 Bearer.response时创建, 通过不同的 Bearer ID可 以在消息中区别不同的承载。
在 DS具体实施时, Bearer ID可以具体映射到底层传输技术的具 体端口号或地址上去,以便于基于该承载在接入终端与外部网络之间 进行信息的交互。例如,假设 DS基于以太网,则可以提供 VLAN (虚 拟局域网)服务, Bearer ID可映射到一个 VLAN端口; 如 DS基于 EP网络, Bearer ID可映射到某个 VPN (虚拟专网)或 PPP (点对点), 或者 ATM (异步传输模式) 网络的某个 PVC (永久虛通路)等等。
对于一个用户, 根据授权信息, 当要支持多个并发业务流时, 可 以创建多个承载, 并以不同的 Bearer ID标识各个承载。
可以看出,本发明中由于新增加了承载服务,因此,改变了 WLAN 只能单纯考虑空口的实现方法, 从而有利于在 WLAN中提供端到端 连接的 QoS、 安全等能力支持。
本发明的实现可以在 WLAN***中增强的网络发现机制, 具体 为 AP向 STA广播或响应 STA能力发现请求时, AP可通过使用外部 网络信息服务正确地向 STA传递相应信息。
另外, 本发明的实现还可以保证当对于一个 VoIP业务, 空中接 口能满足业务 QoS需求而 DS不能满足相应的 QoS要求时, Ap为该 VoIP业务申请 DS承载过程将会失败,从而阻止该 VoIP业务的建立。 反之也一样, 可以保证在一个 VoIP业务期间维持 DS承载的 QoS保 障。
本实施例提供了支持 WLAN与外部网络互通的 WLAN内部网络 架构, 满足各种互通应用场景及端到端业务需求保障的需要,从而使 得 WLAN网络中的用户可以方便地与外部网絡互通, 开展相应的业 务。
本发明使得一个要求与外部网络互通的 STA在选择 WLAN网络 之前, 可以获知该网络是否具备互通能力及具备什么样的互通能力, 以及相应的外部网络信息。 STA根据上述信息以确定该 WLAN是否 支持其互通要求。 所述互通要求包括网絡接受 STA归属网络的接入 认证及相应的互通类型 (如 internet接入、 与 3GPP互通等), 或者 STA可选择网络所提供的在线注册方法接入网络。
此外, 当 STA是一个支持 MIH (媒体独立的切换 ) 的多模终端 时, 所述外部网络必须同时也具备 MIH能力才可以支持 MIH功能。 同时上述外部网络信息也应该包括外部网络 MIH相关信息以帮助 STA进行跨不同接入媒体的网络选择。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范 围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技 术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围 之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 局域网终端获取待接入的局域网的网络互通信息;
根据所述的网络互通信息确定是否接入该局域网,并在确定为是 时请求接入所述的局域网。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述局域网终端获取待接入的局域网的网络互通信息具体 为:
网络侧发送广播消息, 广播其网络互通能力信息、或网络互通能 力信息和外部网络信息;
所述局域网终端接收所述的广播消息, 获取网络互通能力信息、 或网络互通能力信息和外部网絡信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述网络侧发送广播消息为: 网络侧发送管理帧, 其中携带 网络互通能力信息、 或网络互通能力信息和外部网络信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述管理帧为信标管理帧或操作管理帧。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述局域网终端获取待接入的局域网的网络互通信息具体 为:
网络侧将网络互通信息封装到容器信息元素 ,并发送携带有所述 容器信息元素的管理帧;
终端接收所述的管理帧后获得所述的容器信息元素,解析并处理 所述的容器信息元素。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于 , 所述局域网终端获取待接入的局域网的网络互通信息具体 为:
局域网终端向网络侧发送网絡互通信息发现请求消息; 网络侧将外部网络信息、 网络互通能力信息、或者网络互通能力 信息和外部网络信息通过网络互通信息发现响应消息发送给局域网 终端;
局域网终端获取相应的信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 局域网终端获取待接入的局域网的网络互通信息具体为: 网络侧发送广播消息, 广播其基本网络互通能力信息; 所述局域网终端接收所述的广播消息,获取基本网络互通能力信 白 · 局域网终端向网络侧发送网络互通信息发现请求消息; 网络侧通过网络互通信息发现响应消息将具体网络互通能力信 息、 外部网络信息、或者具体网络互通能力信息和外部网络信息发送 给局域网终端;
局域网终端获取相应的信息。
8、 根据权利要求 2至 7任一项所述的局域网终端接入局域网的 方法, 其特征在于, 所述的网络互通能力信息包括: 局域网网络所有 者标识信息、 网络互通基本能力信息和 /或支持的在线注册方法信息; 所述的外部网络信息包括: 归属网络标识信息、 附加的归属网络信息 和 /或互通业务类型信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述的网络互通基本能力信息包括: 是否支持拜访者用户接 入的指示信息、 是否支持紧急呼叫和 /或是否支持媒体独立的切换的 指示信息。
10、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的局域网包括有线局域网和无线局域网; 且在无线 局域网中,所述的网络互通信息发现请求消息通过探测请求管理帧或 操作管理帧携带,所述的网絡互通信息发现响应消息通过探测响应管 理帧或操作管理帧携带;所述的外部网絡信息封装为管理帧中的容器 信息元素。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 在所述局域网终端获取待接入的局域网的网络互通信息之 前 还包括二
无线局域网的接入点通过无线局域网中的分发***获取与该无 线局域网互通的外部网络的外部网絡信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其 特征在于,所述的无线局域网的接入点通过无线局域网中的分发*** 获取与该无线局域网互通的外部网络的外部网络信息为:
所述接入点向分发***发送外部网络信息请求报文;
所述分发***向接入点返回外部网络信息响应报文,报文中携带 相应的外部网络信息;
或者, 所述的接入点获取所述保存的外部网络信息为: 所述分发***向接入点发送外部网络信息指示消息,消息中承载 相应的外部网絡信息。
13、根据权利要求 1所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述请求接入所述的局域网之后, 还包括:
局域网终端在请求本端的无线局域网接口建立无线局域网链路 时,将与网络侧进行协商的与外部网络关联的信息封装到容器信息元 素, 并发送携带有所述容器信息元素的关联请求帧;
网络侧接收所述的关联请求帧后获得所述的容器信息元素,解析 所述的容器信息元素;
网络侧将响应结果封装到容器信息元素,并发送携带有所述容器 信息元素的关联响应帧;
局域网终端接收所述的关联响应帧后获得所述的容器信息元素, 解析并处理所述的容器信息元素。
14、根据权利要求 1所述的局域网终端接入局域网的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述请求接入所述的局域网之后 , 还包括:
在进行服务质量信息、 安全策略信息和 /或路由信息协商时, 网 络侧的接入点向分发***发送承载建立请求消息,消息中携带需要建 立的承载的参数信息;
所述分发***接收所述消息后,根据所述的承载的参数信息建立 相应的承载, 并向接入点返回承载建立响应消息。
15、 一种局域网***, 包括: 终端侧无线局域网接口, 用于提供 终端与无线局域网连接的接口;网絡侧无线局域网接口;其特征在于, 还包括:
终端侧无线局域网服务装置,用于获取待接入的局域网的网络互 通信息; 根据所述的网絡互通信息确定是否接入该局域网, 并在确定 结果为是时请求接入所述的局域网。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的局域网***, 其特征在于, 还包括: 网络侧无线局域网服务装置,用于和所述的终端侧无线局域网服 务装置配合,支持终端与外部网络之间通过所述的终端侧无线局域网 接口和网络侧无线局域网接口进行信息交互。
17、根据权利要求 16所述的局域网***, 其特征在于, 还包括: 网络侧外部网络服务单元 ,用于提供信息交互过程中所需的外部网络 的相关信息;
网络侧外部网络信息获取单元 ,用于与所述的网络侧外部网络服 务单元交互, 获取所需的相关信息。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的局域网***, 其特征在于, 还包括: 终端侧外部网絡信息存储装置,用于存储终端通过终端侧无线局域网 接口接收到的外部网络相关信息;
所述终端侧无线局域网服务装置还包括:终端侧外部网络信息获 取单元, 用于与所述的终端侧外部网络信息存储装置交互, 获取所需 的相关信息。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的局域网***, 其特征在于, 还包括 互通入口实体, 置于所述网络侧无线局域网服务装置与外部网络之 间, 用于实现无线局域网和外部网络信息的互通。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的局域网***, 其特征在于, 所述的 互通入口实体包括:
承载服务单元, 用于建立互通入口实体与无线局域网之间的承 载, 并对所述的承载进行管理。
21、 根据权利要求 18所述的局域网***, 其特征在于, 所述的 网络侧外部网络信息获取单元设置于所述的互通入口实体或者网络 侧无线局域网服务装置。
22、根据权利要求 16至 21任一项所述的局域网***, 其特征在 于, 所述终端侧无线局域网服务装置包括: 终端侧信息封装单元、 终 端侧信息传递单元和终端侧信息解析单元;
所述终端侧信息封装单元,用于将要求交互的信息或信息响应封 装到容器信息元素;
所述终端侧信息传递单元,用于将来自所述信息封装单元的容器 信息元素传递给终端侧无线局域网接口;将来自终端侧无线局域网接 口的由网络侧发出的携带容器信息元素的消息传递给终端侧信息解 析单元;
所述终端侧信息解析单元,用于解析和处理来自终端侧信息传递 单元的容器信息元素;
所述网络侧无线局域网服务装置还包括: 网络侧信息封装单元、 网络侧信息传递单元和网络侧信息解析单元;
所述网络侧信息封装单元,用于将网络侧需要发出的信息封装到 容器信息元素;
所述网络侧信息传递单元,用于将来自网络侧信息封装单元的容 器信息元素传递给网络侧无线局域网接口;将来自网络侧无线局域网 接口的由终端侧发出的携带容器信息元素的消息传递给网络侧信息 解析单元;
所述网络侧信息解析单元,用于解析和处理来自网络侧信息传递 单元的容器信息元素。
23、 一种局域网***的终端, 包括: 终端侧无线局域网接口, 用 于提供终端与无线局域网连接的接口; 其特征在于, 还包括:
终端侧无线局域网服务装置,用于获取待接入的局域网的网络互 通信息; 才艮据所述的网络互通信息确定是否接入该局域网, 并在确定 结果为是时请求接入所述的局域网。
24、 一种局域网***的接入点, 其特征在于, 包括: 无线局域网 接口; 其特征在于, 还包括: 无线局域网服务装置, 用于向局域网系 统的终端发送待接入的局域网的网络互通信息。
25、 居权利要求 24所述的接入点, 其特征在于, 所述的无线 局域网服务装置发送的网络互通信息包括: 网络互通能力信息和 /或 外部网络信息。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的接入点, 其特征在于, 所述的无线 局域网服务装置还包括:
网络侧外部网络信息获取单元, 用于与外部网络交互, 获取局域 网***的终端所需的外部网络信息。
