Abstract

Un dispositif (DA) d'analyse d'éléments microscopiques, comprend, d'une première part, un espace de mesure (CM) pour des éléments microscopiques à analyser, d'une deuxième part, au moins une source (S) délivrant des rayonnements conjugués au niveau de l'espace de mesure (CM), présentant au moins deux longueurs d'onde d'analyse différentes et destinés à interagir avec les éléments microscopiques dans l'espace de mesure (CM) pour former des rayonnements d'interaction, d'une troisième part, des moyens de codage (M) chargés de coder les rayonnements en amont de l'espace de mesure (CM) avec des codes différents, d'une quatrième part, des moyens de filtrage optique (FO) chargés de filtrer sélectivement les rayonnements d'interaction de fluorescence et/ou de diffusion en fonction de leur longueur d'onde, d'une cinquième part, des moyens de détection (DE, DF) chargés de transformer en signaux électriques une partie au moins des rayonnements d'interaction provenant de l'espace de mesure (CM), et d'une sixième part, des moyens d'analyse (MA) comprenant des moyens de décodage (DRE, DRF) chargés de décoder les signaux électriques afin de permettre la détermination de données représentatives des éléments microscopiques analysés.
