Abstract

L'invention concerne la structure d'un immeuble d'habitation à plusieurs étages qui comprend un bloc central et deux blocs latéraux adjacents, reliés bout à bout avec au moins une partie de la surface d'un mur aveugle. Les blocs comprennent plusieurs étages, et leurs axes longitudinaux et/ou transversaux coïncident éventuellement. Chaque bloc peut accueillir à chaque étage un nombre K1 et K2 d'appartements. Il est muni d'au moins un moyen de transport de personnes relié à chaque étage. Le bloc central peut accueillir N places de parking, à condition que N=α(K1+K2) où α≥1. Le bloc central a une configuration ouverte sur au moins une partie qui n'est pas adjacente aux blocs latéraux. Il est muni d'au moins un moyen d'entrée de véhicules, relié à chaque étage, ainsi que d'au moins un moyen de sortie de véhicules pour l'étage correspondant et d'au moins un moyen de déplacement de personnes. Chacun des blocs latéraux à chaque étage est muni d'au moins un élément de connexion avec le bloc central qui se présente comme un système de portes, les blocs possédant le même nombre d'étages. Il est préférable qu'au moins un bloc central ait une configuration en L, le bloc central étant réalisé adjacent avec le bloc latéral en L sur toute la surface de la forme en L.
