Description

Description
ADHESIVE INTERLINING FOR LINING
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an adhesive interlining for lining, and more par¬ ticularly an adhesive interlining for lining that is easy to manufacture because an in¬ terlining is used as a lining, instead of using a lining, in suits, Western-style clothes, etc. and that can reduce manufacturing costs. Background Art
[2] In general, when manufacturing clothes, interlinings are inserted between the face and lining of a garment.
[3] In particular, the purpose of a lining of a coat with fabric is to prevent the shoulder or chest part of a coat from sticking to the shoulder or chest of the wearer or from drooping down, thereby preserving the shape of the coat or adding body to it, in making or wearing it.
[4] Inserted between the face and lining of a garment as above, an interlining, in general, has been considered not to have to be good-looking because it is attached to the inner side of the outer shell fabric by thermo-bonding and located between the fabric and lining of a garment.
[5] An interlining is inserted between the face and lining of a garment, but this has the drawbacks of increasing the manufacturing costs of the garment due to the unnecessary use of fabrics and the weight of the finished products due to their constitutions comprising all of the face, interlining and lining of the garment. Thus, a number of researches have been conducted to reduce the costs and weight. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[6] Therefore, the present invention is designed to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art. It is the object of the present invention to provide an adhesive interlining for lining that is easy to manufacture because an interlining is used as a lining, instead of using a lining, in suits, etc. and that can reduce the manufacturing cost because only an in¬ terlining is used without using a lining.
Technical Solution
[7] In order to achieve the above object, the adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention comprises an adhesive layer on one side of the interlining and a pattern on the other side Advantageous Effects
[8] Therefore, the present invention allows an easier manufacturing because an in- terlining prepared according to the present invention is used as a lining, instead of using a lining, in suits, Western-style clothes, etc. and a reduction in the manufacturing cost because only an interlining is used without using lining. [9] Also, the adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention used in suits,
Western-style clothes, etc. could set the fashion. [10] According to the present invention, since an interlining is used as a lining in suits,
Western-style clothes, etc., their weights can be remarkably reduced, and thus the present invention is characterized by providing a light product.
Brief Description of the Drawings [11] Fig. 1 is a drawing showing the adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention. [12] Fig. 2 is a drawing showing the pattern on the surface of the adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention. [13] Fig. 3 is a drawing showing a jacket with the adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention sewn to it.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [16] (DETAILED DESCRIPTION)
[17] The adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention comprised as above is explained in detail in the following referring to the drawings attached hereto. [18] Fig. 1 is a drawing showing the adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a drawing showing the pattern on the surface of the adhesive in¬ terlining for lining of the present invention, and Fig. 3 is a drawing showing a jacket with the adhesive interlining for lining of the present invention sewn to the suit. [19] The textured yarn of the adhesive interlining (2) of the present invention comprises a plurality of filaments and is made from one of polyester, nylon, acryl, polyurethane.
One filament is 0.1-5 denier, and the total yarn count is about 10-500 denier. [20] The use of the above textured yarn prevents an adhesive from oozing out of the back of an interlining in order to impart extensibility to increase the cover factors of, and to add a volume to, the warp and weft of the textile after an adhesive interlining is processed. [21] Also, flat yarn is commonly an unprocessed, textured yarn, constituted in the form of a filament made from polyester, nylon, acryl, polyurethane, etc. It comprises one
0.5-5 denier of filament, and its total yarn count is about 10-500 denier. [22] Spun-yarn is a yarn made by arranging short filaments lengthwise and twisting them. It has polyester, viscose rayon, etc. as its main material and uses grey yarn of a single or mixed material of 8~60'S (Ne).
[23] Soluble substances used as adhesives (4) in the interlining of the present invention include polyamide, polyester, polyethylene, polyurethane, polyolephin polymer or copolymer, and when an adhesive is applied in the form of dots on the side of an in- terlining, it is preferable for it to be applied in a density of 30-150 dots/cm .
[24] In order to increase the adhesiveness of the soluble substance and to prevent it from coming out of the fabric of the interlining, mainly, a mixture of at least 2 materials can be applied to both the upper and the lower sides, but it should be obvious to a skilled person in the art that a single material can be applied to the entire side of the in¬ terlining, not in the form of dots.
[25] The interlining (2) of the present invention can be woven to have a variety of patterns such as a striped, a slanted striped, or a diamon pattern.
[26] Also, by using a different material for the warp and the weft of grey yarns, it is possible to give more colorful and various patterns to after dyeing.
[27] In general, a weaving machine called Water Jet Loom can be used to weave in patterns.
[28] The material of the grey yarn being used here is polyester textured yarn. The threads that run lengthwise (warp) comprise 24 fibers of 30 denier, and the horizontal threads (weft) comprise 48 fibers of 50 denier, and Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which the warp and weft of the foregoing constitutions are crossed.
[29] In the present invention, a pattern (6) can be provided by applying a substance exhibiting color onto the fabric being used for the conventional adhesive interlining or onto a fabric of the new texture.
[30] In particular, a pattern can be provided to the interlining fabric used in the present invention when a dye is applied onto the non- woven fabric used as an interlining, staple lengths of natural or synthetic fibers arranged in a certain way and then bonded, and thus a pattern is provided to the surface of the interlining.
[31] Further, it should be obvious to a skilled person in the art that logos or patterns can be woven or drawn on the fabric of the interlining.
[32] The grey yarn (or fabric) used as an interlining of the present invention can be made of a single kind of material; or a mixture of at least two kinds of materials can be used for the warp or weft of the yarn; or a different material can be used for every second, third, etc., warp or weft; or a different material can be used for the warp and the weft; then, once a particular pattern is woven on the yarn, a dye can be applied to it to give a distinctive color.
[33] In the present invention, the pattern of an interlining is provided by a number of methods such as conventionally used transcription, screen printing, etc. However, it should be obvious to a skilled person in the art that the present invention is not restricted to the foregoing methods, and that patterns can be provided by other methods.
[34] The material of the interlining grey yarn for making patterns by a Water Jet Loom is polyester textured yarn. Its warp comprises 24 fibers of 30 denier, and its weft comprises 48 fibers of 50 denier, and the warp and the weft are interlaced in the ratio of 1:1, and thus obtained product is subjected to shrinking, dyeing (or dyeing can be skipped), drying, etc., and then one of its sides is provided with a pattern by tran¬ scription, and an adhesive is applied to the other side to provide an adhesive layer (4) with it so that it can adhere to the face (10) as shown in Fig. 3.
[35] When the fabric of an interlining is processed with transcription, or provided with a pattern by using a special texture, or when a colorful substance is applied to it, a soluble substance is generally applied to the other side of the interlining having no pattern on it; but it should be obvious to a skilled person in the art that simply a fabric with a pattern on it can be used without a soluble substance being applied to the other side. Industrial Applicability
[36] As in the present invention, since an interlining is used as a lining for suits, Western clothes, etc., it can reduce their weight, and thus can provide light products. Further, since a pattern is provided to an adhesive interlining, it can be used not only for the lining of suits, Western clothes, etc., but also for various other products such as wall paper, curtain, other clothes, and thus the use of the product is expansive.
