- the medical kit 10 having the above configuration can be manufactured (assembled) as follows.
- the medical device storage unit 11 and the drug solution storage unit 12 have the same configuration as the medical device storage unit 2 and the drug solution storage unit 3 except for the configuration described below.
- the storage chamber of the chemical storage section 12 is filled with a chemical, and sealed with the lid member 14 by an attaching method such as heat sealing.
- medical instruments such as tweezers, gauze, and cotton balls are accommodated in the accommodation room of the medical instrument accommodation section 11, and the above-mentioned medical solution accommodation section 12 is detachably attached to the medical instrument accommodation section 11.
- the lid material 13 is adhered to the medical device storage portion 11 and the chemical solution storage portion 12 by a sealing method such as heat sealing and sealed, and then sterilized to complete the medical kit 10.
- a sterilization treatment method that does not cause deterioration of the chemical solution stored in the chemical solution storage unit 12 or an explosion due to evaporation of the internal chemical solution by the sterilization process is performed. It needs to be adopted.
- the only method that can be adopted among the currently known sterilization methods is the method of irradiating radiation such as ⁇ -rays. However, it is possible to adopt a new sterilization method that will be developed in the future.
- a cut line 13 a such as a perforation may be provided on the lid member 13 at a position separating the storage room 2 a of the medical device storage unit 11 and the storage room 4 b of the chemical storage unit 12. .
- the medical kit 10 that can be opened only by opening the medical device storage portion 11 or the chemical solution storage portion 12 by opening the package while cutting along the perforation line 13a can be obtained.
- the medical kit 1 is superior in terms of safety, manufacturing cost, convenience, functionality, and the like. .
- the storage section 12 is also subjected to the sterilization processing at the same time, there is a possibility that the sterilization processing may cause deterioration of the chemical solution or explosion of the chemical solution storage section 12 due to evaporation of the chemical solution. Therefore, the method of sterilization and the material of the lid member 14 are limited to those which do not cause these problems.
- the lid 9 can be freely selected. Therefore, it is possible to provide products that are more excellent in safety, manufacturing cost, convenience, and functionality.
