背景技术
目前, 公知的自来水笔的构造是由笔盖、 笔尖、 笔舌(暗尖型自 来水笔还有储水器)、 笔舌外壳 (即尖套) 、 吸墨心管、 柔弹性笔胆 (也有些笔将柔性笔胆改为内有排气吸墨活塞刚性储墨管) 、 护胆管、 胆部外套壳等零部件组成, 其加墨水方法是用笔头直接伸入敞口的墨 水瓶内, 通过挤压笔胆(或在活塞腔式储墨管推下活塞)排除胆(管) 内气体使胆 (管) 内形成 '真空, , 当笔胆(或活塞) 复位时, 瓶内 的大气压将完全覆盖住自来水笔笔头的墨水压入此 '真空, 笔胆(管) 内, 以达到充墨水之目的。 由于加墨时必须把墨水瓶盖打开, 因此瓶 口、 瓶盖的墨水容易染手, 且如果在有颠簸的场所(如行车途中)加 墨水, 就更困难, 墨水瓶一旦倾倒, 会造成烦恼的污染; 由于加墨水 时笔头必须淹没在墨水之内, 且必须使墨水覆盖住笔舌外壳 (尖套) 的一部份, 因此, 一方面当墨水少于此高度时就吸不起来, 从而造成 墨水瓶内的墨水总是吸不完而浪费, 另一方面是吸完墨水后必须用纸 擦拭此笔头, 而后又把瓶盖旋盖回去, 不但容易污染手而且相当麻烦; 而现有公知的水性笔主要有换芯式水性笔和直液式水性笔两种, 换芯 水性笔用完芯中墨水要换芯, 是极为浪费而麻烦的一次性笔; 而直液 式水性笔具有极优越于换芯式水性笔的书写性能, 可惜也是一次性 笔, 由厂家生产时一次性注入 "专用" 墨水, 出厂后无加墨之方法。 其结构由笔盖、 水性圆珠型笔头、 笔头座、 笔项套、 导墨芯、 外形象 自来水笔储水器的重要元件一一本发明称之为滞水器、 换气器外壳连 同笔杆体等零部件组成, 其最大的缺点是不能添加墨水以使这类笔不 能重复使用, 从而使这类笔的本体价值资源受到严重的浪费, 并造成 一定的环境污染, 也给消费者因经常买笔而造成了时间金钱的浪费。 发明内容
为了解决现有自来水笔加墨水时容易造成污染且程序繁瑣的问 题、 为了解决现有的水性笔因不能加墨水而不能重复使用的各种缺 陷, 本发明提供了: 开心自来水笔、 开心水性笔、 开心通用笔, 及其 配套提供的、 可互换通用加墨水使用的、 即使加墨瓶倾倒也不会洒出 墨水的安全外加墨水器一开心加墨器。 为便于筒化说明, 可以把开心 自来水笔、 开心水性笔、 开心通用笔, 统称为 '开心笔, 。
为便于理解和说明, 首先介绍本发明中涉及的部分零部件的概 念: 1、 滞水器一一不论自来水笔还是水性笔中, 将隐藏在笔头部外 壳内、 相当于自来水笔中的储水器或笔舌下部结构功能的、 滞緩供水 兼换气作用的组件统一称之为 "滞水器" ; 滞水器也可以是设置在笔 头内能够为笔尖笔头均匀地提供书写墨水与换气作用的同等或更好功 能的其它构件。 2、 笔舌滞水器连体一一凡笔舌与滞水器连为一体(如 明尖型笔笔舌等) 的这类笔舌。 3、 自来水笔的导引芯 (简称为导引 芯) 一一插在自来水笔的笔舌或滞水器中心孔中并与滞水器中心孔的 孔壁之间保持合适的空隙的细棒, 其尾端超出滞水器或笔舌滞水器连 体尾端的长度以不抵档加墨状态时弹簧护笼内的插塞尾部为限。 4、 奶嘴形刚性插塞 (简称为插塞) 一一由一个奶嘴形的二级圆柱体 (刚 性材质) 的粗端***一个与之匹配的形状似法兰盘的、 带尾塑料座子 的中心而成, 也可由同种刚性材质一次成形。 5、 防渗胶套——由具 有良好弹性与韧性的胶质材料构成, 其夕卜形象圆柱形、 内为二级圆柱 空心孔的环套, 下级相对较大圆孔用于 闭套戴并固定于内通道管的 上头部, 上级相对较小圆孔用于密闭套含插塞的插体。 6、 内通道管 一一由管径相对于贮墨管较细的一段管构成, 其长短取决于弹簧护笼 ( TF )在笔中的位置, 其主要功能是为加墨针管轻松地出入笔内进行 清洁无染的加墨过程提供通路。 7、 管尾丝套一一用来套戴并固定在 内通道管尾端的, 以方便内通道管与外部的贮墨管相连接的中间连接 件, 上半部外缘收阶并做成与相应的贮墨、管尾端内螺纹相匹配的外螺 紋。 8、 透明刚性贮墨管 (简称为贮墨管) ——用透明且具有一定刚 性材^做成的、 可以在前后端口以及内部连接或附加上其它组件后具 有贮墨等作用的多功能管; 9、 水性笔头管一一水性圆珠型笔头或其 它类型的水性笔头与相应的笔头座配件装配为一体后的统一体统称为 水性笔头管。 10、 内通道总成一一由防渗胶套套戴在内通道管上端固 定即称为内通道总成; 11、 弹簧护笼——设置在滞水器尾部或滞水 器外壳尾部或贮墨管内部适当位置的、 用于防止插塞后部的弹簧在受 压缩过程中产生侧移弯曲变位的附属部件。
按照本发明, 提供了一种开心自来水笔, 其基本组件由自来水笔 的笔头组件及弹簧护笼 TF组成的笔头部总成(HP )和包括贮墨管 12w 或贮墨管兼外壳 12或 12/、 内通道管 10、 防渗胶套 9、 管尾丝套 11、 插塞 8、弹簧 7、防渗垫圈 6、贮墨管外壳 13a等零部件的笔身后部( Bl、 或 B2 或 B3 )相连接装配构成, 其构造特点是该笔中设置有由包括防 渗胶套 9和内通道管 10构成的 '内通道总成, 或带管尾丝套 11的 '内 通道总成, 与插塞 8、 弹簧 7和弹簧护笼 TF及相应组件相连接而构成 的开心加墨装置, 其构造连接关系是: 在贮墨管 12w或贮墨管兼外壳 12或 12/的上端有与相关连接件相连接的内螺纹接口, 下端设有与内 通道管 10相连接的直插口 Pz或与管尾丝套 11相连接的内螺纹接口 Pw; 内通道总成或带管尾丝套内通道总成安装在贮墨管 12w 或贮墨 管兼外壳 (12 或 12/ ) 的共轴线内腔至尾端的空间内, 由内通道总成 下端插接在带直插接口的贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳尾端的直插口 Pz 中 并与之固定融为一体, 或者由带管尾丝套的内通道总成通过管尾丝套 11 的外螺紋与尾端有螺纹接口的贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳 12/尾端的内 螺纹口 Pw相连接, 其套有防渗胶套的上端头则伸入贮墨管或贮墨管 兼外壳的内部空腔; 弹簧护笼 TF 设置在笔头部总成 (HP ) 的后端至 防渗胶套 9 的头部之间的适当范围内, 由笔头部总成(HP )后端的外 螺紋连接头的内腔制成合适的孔径向下延伸, 并在延伸段开透墨窗孔 后形成, 在弹簧护笼 TF内装入弹簧 7, 弹簧 7上端抵卡在其所在护笼 腔上端的内卡口内,弹簧 7下端套在由衔接头 8. 1、插体 8. 2、档座 8. 3、 定位尾 8. 4组成的插塞 8的定位尾 8. 4上, 将因此可伸缩的插塞 8头 部向下, 插在该内通道管上端的防渗胶套 9 内, 使插塞 8 的插体 8. 2 与防渗胶套 9头部的颈缩圆孔部位紧密闭合、 档座 8. 3抵压于防渗胶 套顶头上, 衔接头 8. 1 则伸入该防渗胶套腹部的内通道管 10 的头部 空腔内。
所述自来水笔的笔头部总成 (HP ) 可由笔尖 (明尖、 暗尖或软、 硬书法笔尖) 、 笔舌、 滞水器或笔舌滞水器连体、 导引芯, 滞水器外 壳或其它的自来水笔头组件等组成。
所述笔头部总成后端的外螺紋连接头可由滞水器夕卜壳或滞水器尾 端制成, 因此, 弹簧护笼也由滞水器外壳或滞水器的尾端的连接螺纹 段向下颈缩延长并开透墨窗孔形成。

所述水性笔的笔头部总成 (HW )可由雉管或针管型水性笔头管或 其它类型直液式水性笔笔头、 导墨芯、 笔项套、 滞氷器、 滞水器外壳、 或其它类似功能的软、 硬水性笔笔头组件組成。
所述水性笔的笔头部总成(冊)后端的外螺纹连接头可由滞水器 外壳或滞水器尾端制成, 因此, 弹簧护笼也由滞水器外壳或滞水器的 尾端的连接螺纹段向下颈缩延长并开透墨窗孔形成。
按照本发明, 提供了一种开心通用笔, 其基本组件由自来水笔头 部总成 (CHP ) 、 水性笔头部总成(CHW )与由贮墨管兼外壳 (Fal2' 、 ¥bW 、 VcW ) 和开心加墨装置等构成的笔后部总成 (CB1、 CB2、 CB3 ) 或贮墨管 (Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 ) 和开心加墨装置、 贮墨管外壳 ( 13 ) 等构成的笔后部总成 (CB1 ' 、 CB2 ' 或 CB3 ' ) , 及防渗垫圈 ( 6 ) 、 笔盖等零部件相连接组成, 其构造特点是在后部总成中设置 有由包括防渗胶套 9和内通道管 10构成的 '内通道总成, 或带管尾丝 套 11的 '内通道总成, 与插塞 8、 弹簧 7和弹簧护笼 TF及 目关组件相连 接而构成的开心加墨装置, 其构造连接关系是: 把自来水笔笔头总成 和水性笔笔头总成中, 与贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳前端相连部件的接口 统一制作成同一种尺寸口径和同一种插接(或螺纹连接) 方式, 而本 身的内外构造及形状则由各自的功能来决定, 而后, 将贮墨管或贮墨 管兼外壳的前端相应承插口及外螺纹等连接头统一为相匹配尺寸, 从 而使一支笔可使用两种或两种以上不同属性的笔头而互换通用; 开心 加墨装置在贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳中的构造是: 贮墨管 (Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 ) 或贮墨管兼外壳 (Fal2' 、 Fbl2' 、 Fcl2' ) 的上端有与相关 连接件相连接的螺紋接头, 下端有直插口 Pz或与管尾丝套 11相连接的 内螺纹接口 Pw; 内通道总成或带管尾丝套内通道总成安装在贮墨管 ( Fal 2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 ) 或贮墨管兼外壳 ( Fal2 ' 、 Fbl2 ' 、 Fcl2 ) 的轴向内部至尾端的空间内, 由内通道总成的下端插接在带直插口的 贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳尾端的直插口 (Pz ) 中并与之固定融为一体或 由带管尾丝套内通道总成通过管尾丝套 ( 11 ) 的外螺紋与贮墨管 ( Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 ) 或贮墨管兼外壳 ( Fal2' 、 Fbl2 、 ell ' ) 尾端的内螺紋口 (Pw )相连接, 其套有防渗胶套的上端头则伸入^墨 管或贮墨管兼外壳的内部空腔; 弹簧护笼 TF设置在贮墨管 (Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 ) 或贮墨管兼外壳 ( Fal2' 、 Fbl2' 、 Fcl2 ' ) 上端的螺 纹接头以及下至防渗胶套 9以上的适当范围内, 其外壁与贮墨管或贮 墨管兼外壳内壁之间有足够的透墨间隙, 通过设置在两头外缘的径向 三叉(或十字) 支撑与贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳连接为一体, 上端内腔 设有用于抵卡弹簧的缩卡口, 弹簧护笼 TF周围所开的透墨窗 L须使加 墨器给笔加墨时, 墨水从加墨口经过此窗孔顺畅地加入贮墨管中; 弹 簧护笼 TF下端头部与防渗胶套 9的头部之间保持一定的间距, 形成带 弹簧护笼的贮墨管 Fcl2或贮墨管兼外壳 Fcl2' ; 弹簧护笼 TF在贮墨管 内的构造有三种优选方式: 方式 A: 弹簧护笼下端 (靠内通道管一端) 向下延伸, 并将三叉(或十字)肢撑处的护笼腔壁扩大地套在了内通 道管总成上部的防渗胶套 9头上, 目的是为了一便手能起支护加墨内 通道管头上的防渗胶套以防止其变形或松弛的作用, 即形成一个兼有 防渗胶套护笼 JF腔功能等作用一体的多功能弹簧护笼 TF; 方弍 B : 仅 与 '方式 A, 种情况所不同的是, 把 '方式 A, 情况中所述的那个戴在 防渗胶套上胶套护笼腔 JF部位独立出来, 成为单独行使支护 渗胶套 作用的防渗胶套护笼: TF, 而被分离的弹簧护笼的下端从新伸出三叉或 十字肢撑,与防渗胶套的头部之间仍然保持一定的距离。方式 C、仅与 '方 式 B,种情况所不同的是, 取消支护在防渗胶套上的胶套护笼 JF ; 在弹 簧护笼 TF内装入弹簧 7 , 弹簧 7上端抵卡在其所在护笼腔上端的内卡口 内, 弹簧 7下端套在由衔接头 8. 1、 插体 8. 2、 档座 8. 3、 定位尾 8. 4组 成的插塞 8的定位尾部 8. 4上, 将因此可以伸缩的插塞 8头部向下, 插 在内通道管 10上端的防渗胶套 9内, 使插塞 8的插体 8. 2与防渗胶套 9头 部的颈缩圆孔部位紧密闭合, 档座 8. 3抵压于防渗胶套顶头上, 衔接 头 8. 1则伸入防渗胶套 9腹部的内通道管 10的头部空腔内。
按照本发明, 提供了一种开心加墨器, 其基本组件由加.畺、器核心 总成 (由吸墨管、 钢或玻璃钢珠子、 压贮仓管, 弹簧、 弹性胶活塞、 活塞杆、 加墨针管、 带旁通弯管的笔座护针管、 定位防渗瓶盖及防渗 垫等部件组成) 和附属组件 (包括外套瓶盖、 加墨针管帽、 墨瓶) 两大部分组成。 其构造与连接关系为: 用一段比笔座护针管主体直径 细一些的管作为压贮仓管主体, 在压贮仓管主体上端开口, 装入弹簧 和带弹性密封胶活塞头的活塞杆, 在压贮仓管主体下端有同轴颈缩管 径而形成的 '多功能管头, , 此 '多功能管头, 的内腔即为铜珠子的 '止回流腔, , 在 '多功能管头, 上部或压贮仓管的底部侧面开有一 个旁通孔, 在 '多功能管头, 的底部为吸墨管的插接口,在吸墨管插 接口与 '止回流腔, 之间, 可以由管内壁再次径向收缩而成一个 '内 卡口, 形成间隔, 也可以不设此内卡口而直接将 '止回¾1腔, 下口作 为吸墨管的插口; 在 '止回流腔, 中放入直径介于吸墨管内口径和外 口径之间的钢珠子, 钢珠子坐落在 '内卡口, 上口, 或直接座落在无 '内卡口, 而直接***该止回流腔底部的吸墨管的上口; 然后从颈缩 管的底口***吸墨管; 在压贮仓管主体的侧面平行地设置一段内口直 径比笔的最大外缘直径稍大的笔座护针管主体, 笔座护针管主体内腔 空敞上端开口, 用作定位插座并保护笔体和加墨针管, 在下端有一小 段同轴颈缩管, 作为插接固定加墨针管和形成加墨针管底部的 '二级 止回流腔, 及引伸或插接旁通弯管的 '二级多功能管, , 在此 '二级 多功能管, 的底部再次颈缩引伸出 (或另取一段等效管***此 '二级 多功能管, 下口内)并弯向压贮仓管旁通孔的旁通弯管, 该旁通弯管 水平端***压贮仓管下 '多功能管, 的旁通孔内并密闭固接; 再将直 径介于旁通弯管内口径和外口径之间的钢珠子装入 '二级止回流腔, 并坐落于其底的 '缩卡口, 上或坐落于直插于其底的旁通弯管端头口 上, 然后将加墨针管底端从笔座护针管的上空腔沿中心垂直向下*** '二级多功能管, 上部的插接口密闭固定, 加墨针管由具有一定刚性 材质制成, 其长度是比笔的内通道管长度长一些, 以便于探入内通道 总成并进入贮墨管空腔中进行加墨, 管外径与笔内插塞的插体直径等 同但略小于笔的内通道管, 以使加墨针管与内通道管之间有足够的空 隙, 以避免加墨针管加完墨后, 从内通道管中拔出时在内通道管中产 生大气负压; 加墨针管顶端向内设置与插塞的 '衔接头, 相匹配 '衔 接口, , 目的是使加墨针管顶住插塞上下运动时, 插塞的 '衔接头, 与此 '衔接口, 衔接在一起, 使插塞的插体在出入弹性胶套时总是保 持与弹性胶套和加墨针管能同轴线方向进行, 在靠加墨 1 "管的 '衔接 口, 下缘是 1 毫米左右厚的封口堵头, 在封口堵头的下缘一侧径向开 有出墨 和加墨针管内口形成通路, 在加墨针管的底部开为齿口或斜 口状等, 以使钢珠向上运动时不会对此端口孔洞产生堵塞; 再在压贮 仓管的一侧的管壁上, 对准内部的胶活塞中上部的位置径向开一个适 宜的通气孔, 以使压贮仓管中的活塞杆处于加墨状态时能适时地将瓶 外的大气与瓶内的液面连通与关闭。 至此, 形成基本的加墨机构, 最 后, 把这套基本加墨机构装插于开有匹配于压贮仓管和笔座护针管主 体直径定位孔的定位防渗瓶盖上定位固接, 使压贮仓管上的通气孔敞 口位于瓶盖底面的防渗垫以下, 即完成加墨器核心总成部分。 然后把 此 '核心总成, 的防渗盖加上防渗垫后, 丝接在配套的贮墨瓶上, 并 盖上加墨针管冒和外套瓶盖即完成整个加墨器。 特别说 ¾的是, 上述 的加墨器的构造中有两个钢珠子止回流腔, 一个是在压贮仓管根部下 面的这处, 起着准许墨水从吸墨管进入压贮仓管而不许 回的逆止作 用, 而另一个是在加墨针管与笔座护针管共同的底部下 这处, 它起 的作用是防止压贮仓管中的活塞杆活塞被弹簧顶上去时 加墨针管中 抽吸管中的气体或余墨而使吸墨管从瓶中吸入的墨水受到一定的影 响, 但经过实验, 此影响并不很明显, 取消此处的弹子 ^直接将旁通 弯管与管直通融为一体也是完全没有问题的, 因此它是本加墨器的另 一种方案。
为了使上述开心自来水笔、 开心水性笔和开心通用笔在开心加墨 器中加墨时更加方便, 使开心笔在开心加墨器中加墨时 Τ以不用稳住 笔管而仅用一只手即可完成整个添加墨水之目的, 可以在加墨器的加 墨针管 G3底部增设一半球形卡子 Κ, 在笔的内通道管 10 底部的相应 位置增设纵向导槽 ZC和横向卡槽 HC。
本发明的有益效果是: 具有 '开心加墨装置, 的上 各种开心笔 及开心加墨器, 均具有轻松可靠、 方便使用(小孩也可轻松使用)、 加 墨时无污染、 拆装容易、 便于清洗、 不易堵塞等功能特点、, 加墨笔和 加墨器构造原理简单、 造型精巧美观,赋予人性化特点, 同时, 还特 有趣味性; 彻底有效地改变了自来水笔应用上百年来传统加墨方法中 容易污染且麻烦的历史, 由于取消了细长的吸墨水空心管, 笔不再会 产生因此管的积墨阻塞而使笔书写不畅的问题,使自来 笔这一传统 书写工具的构造和功能得到空前的完善; 这将使自来水 和自来水书 法笔得到更广泛的运用; 其次, 改变了水性圆珠笔因不能添加墨水而 不能重复使用的历史, 这样, 不但可以使水性圆珠笔的本身利用价值 得到充分的发挥, 而且在减少资源浪费和消费者金钱浪费的同时减少 了环境污染; 再一方面, 把自来水笔和水性笔统一为一冲加墨方法中 来, 水性笔可以加自来水笔用的墨水, 这样, 打破了水' f生笔和自来水 笔的界线划分, 大大地方便了二者的使用。

具体实施方式
在图 1至图 3所示的实施示例图中, 将插塞 8与弹簧 7套在一起 由弹簧端装入自来水笔头部总成 (HP ) 的弹簧护笼 (TF ) 中构成自来 水笔的前部结构, 将此前部结构套上防渗垫圈 6 后分别与装有 '内通 道总成, 的贮墨管兼外壳 12、 尾端为螺纹口的贮墨管兼外壳 1 2/和贮 墨管 12w 的上端内螺纹相连接闭合, 再在有外壳的贮墨管 12w 外套 上外壳 1 3a, 即成为开心自来水笔实例。
在图 4和图 6所示的实施示例图中, 将插塞 8和弹簧 7套在一起 由弹簧端装入水性笔头部总成(冊) 的彈簧护笼 (TF ) 中构成水性笔 前部结构, 然后将该前部结构套上防渗垫圈 6 后再分别与装有 '内通 道总成, 的贮墨管 12w或贮墨管兼外壳 S12 (或 12/ )通过螺 相连接 闭合, 即成为开心水性笔实例。
在图 7至图 9所示的实施示例图中, 将插塞 8套上弹簧 7后分别装入 三种不同情况下的带弹簧护笼 (TF)贮墨管兼外壳 Fal2' 、 Fbl2' 、 Fcl2' 中的护笼腔内, 然后再把内通道总成分别***这些贮墨管兼外 壳中并使防渗胶套 9与插塞 8对口***后, 连接并固定各自的尾端接 头, 即构成集 '开心加墨装置, 于无外壳贮墨管一体的、弹簧护笼(TF) 在贮墨管内成三种优先构造情况下的通用笔后部总成 (CB1、 CB2、 CB3); 将通用笔的自来水笔头型总成(CHP)或水性笔头型总成(CHW) 任意一种分别连接在该后部总成中的任意一种上端, 加上笔盖等其它 的附属组件, 即成为贮墨管外无外壳的通用笔;
在图 11至图 13所示的实施示例图中, 将插塞 8套上弹簧 7后一并分 别装入三种情况下的带弹簧护笼 (TF)贮墨管 Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2中的 护笼腔内, 然后再把内通道总成分别***这些贮墨管中并使防渗胶套 9与插塞 8对口***后, 连接并固定各自的尾端接头, 即构成集 '开 心加墨装置, 于有外壳类型贮墨管一体的、 弹簧护笼 (TF)在贮墨管 内三种优先构造情况下的贮墨管总成; 将该贮墨管总成套上外壳 13, 即成为有外壳类的三种通用笔后部总成 ( CB1' 、 CB2' 、 CB3' ) , 将通用笔的自来水笔头型总成 (CHP) 或水性笔头型总成 (CHW)任意 一种连接在该后部总成中的任意一种上端, 加上笔盖等其它的附属组 件, 即成为贮墨管外无外壳的通用笔;
图 37 所示为: 由各种明尖类自来水笔的笔尖 (1 ) 、 笔舌滞水器 连体 (2 ) 、 导引芯 (5) 、 带弹簧护笼 (TF) 的滞水器外壳 (F4)组 成一种形式的明尖类型开心自来水笔笔头总成(HP1 ); 图 38所示为: 由各种暗尖类型自来水笔的笔尖 1 ) 、 笔舌 (A2 ) 、 带有弹簧护笼 的滞水器 (FA3) 、 导引芯 (5 ) 、 滞水器外壳 (A4 )组成一种形式的 暗尖类型开心自来水笔笔头总成(HP2 ) ; 图 39 所示为: 由针管型水 性笔的笔尖管( S1 )、 导墨芯( S5 )或雉管型水性笔的笔尖管( S1' )、 导墨芯 (S5' ) 与笔项套(S2 ) 、 带弹簧护笼滞水器外壳 (FS4 ) 、 水性笔滞水器 (S3) 组成的一种形式的针管尖或锥管尖型开心水性笔 笔头总成 (HW1 ) ; 图 40 所示为: 由针管型水性笔的笔尖管 (S1) 、 导墨芯 (S5 ) 或锥管型水性笔的笔尖管 (S1' ) , 导墨芯 (S5' )与 集滞水器、 上下外壳连接螺纹和弹簧护笼三功能为一体的多功能带弹 簧护笼滞水器 (FS3 ) 、 具有笔项套功能的滞水器外壳 (S4 )组成的 笔头总成 (HW2 ) , 滞水器外壳 (S4 ) 头部具有与笔项套 (S2 ) 头部 相似的结构。 图 41 所示为: 由各种明尖类自来水笔的笔尖 (1 ) 、 笔 舌滞水器连体 (2 ) 、 导引芯 (5 ) 、 滞水器外壳 (4 ) 组成的开心通 用笔的一种明尖自来水笔型笔头总成 (CHP1 ) ; 图 42 所示为: 由备 种暗尖自来水笔的笔尖 (A1 ) 、 笔舌 (A2 ) 、 滞水器 (A3 ) 、 导引芯 ( 5 ) 、 滞水器外壳 (A4 ) 组成的开心通用笔的一种暗尖自来水笔型 笔头总成 (CHP2 ) ; 图 43 所示为: 由各种针管型或锥管型水性笔尖 管(S1或 S1' )与导墨芯(35或35' :)、笔项套(S2 )、 滞水器(S 3 ) 、 滞水器外壳 (4 ) 组成的开心通用笔的一种针管尖或锥管尖水性笔型 笔头总成。
在图 64 所示的加墨器中, 加墨针管 G3***笔座护针管 G4 下部 '二級多功能管, 的上端插接口 G4. 3 中并密合固结, 在 '二级多功 能管, 的止回流腔 G4. 2 中预装有钢珠子 G5并坐落在底部的内缩卡口 G4. 1 上, 或坐落在无 '收缩口, 而直接***止回流腔 G4. 2 底部的旁 通管 G14 的上端口; 将笔座护针管 G4底部的旁通弯管 G14 的水平端 ***压贮仓管 G7下部 '多功能管, 的旁通插孔 G7. 4 中固结, 再将吸 墨管 G11 插接在 '多功能管, 下端开口 G7. 1 内, 再将止回钢珠 G1 0 装入 '多功能管, 的止回流腔 G7. 3 中并使之坐落在底部内卡口 G7. 2 的上口, 或当 '多功能管, 中无'内卡口,时, 坐落在直接***止回¾^ 腔 G7. 3 中的、 吸墨管 G11 的上端口, 然后在压贮仓管中放进加墨器 弹簧 G9后, 再***配有活塞杆 G6 的弹性密封胶活塞 G8 并使之与弹 簧 G9 接触, 这样即完成加墨器基本的加墨器核心总成, 将此加墨器 核心总成装入开有预留孔的定位防渗瓶盖 G12 中并使之固结融为一 体, 其位置的高低是使压贮仓管上的侧面进气孔位于瓶盖 G12 底部敞 口即可。 最后, 再将此整体一同由瓶盖 G12 的丝口旋紧在加墨器的墨 水瓶 G13的瓶口上即形成一个完整的加墨器。 G1是瓶外盖, 起保护和 装饰作用, G2是加墨针管帽。
在图 67 中, 以一种通用笔(图中隐藏了笔头上端) 为例说明各 种开心笔在加墨器中加墨的状况, 将笔的贮墨管外壳取去后, 将通用 笔的贮墨管 (Fal2 ) 的内通道 10套***加墨器的加墨针管 G3 中, 直 至加墨针管 G3 顶端的插塞衔接口衔住笔内插塞 8 前端的衔接头 ( 8. 1 ) , 并将插塞 8从防渗胶套 9中顶出使加墨器的加墨针管 G3的 出墨口进入贮墨管 Fal2 的弹簧护笼 (TF ) 窗口处空腔; 这时,笔的尾 端正好坐落在笔座护针管内底部, 稳住笔管, 这时即可按下活塞杆 G6 使下端的弹性密封胶活塞 G8向下运动, 被密封胶活塞 G8堵住的压贮 仓管上的进气孔同时打开, 使瓶内和瓶外的大气连通, 此时, 如果压 贮仓管中有墨水, 由于压贮仓管底部有止回钢珠防止墨水被压回瓶 内, 因此, 墨水只能从压贮仓管底部的旁通管口中流向笔座护针管底 部的止回流腔中, 顶开止回珠 G5后, 进入加墨针管 G3通过加墨针管 G3 的出墨口压出后, 透过贮墨管 Fal2 内的弹簧护笼( TF ) 窗口加入 由贮墨管 Fal2 中。 如果压贮仓管中没墨水, 当手松开后, 压贮仓管 中的弹簧 G9将弹性密封胶活塞 G8顶回时, 压贮仓管 G7 内的压强相 对于墨水瓶 G13 内的大气压突然降低, 于是, 瓶内的墨水自然就会通 过吸墨管 G11 并顶开压贮仓管底部的止回钢珠补充进来, 按需循环往 复运行几次, 将墨水加至合适的位置后取出笔即可。
在图 70和图 71 所示的剖面状态, 两种笔由内通道管 10底部的 纵向导槽 ZC 对准加墨针管底部的球形卡 K 插下, 至笔的尾端抵至笔 座护针管 G4 的底部时, 球形卡也正好对准内通道管底部的横向卡槽 HC , 这时, 笔还没被卡住, 但这时只要将笔沿顺时针方向旋转 90度 范围内的角度, 半球形卡 K即转入内通道管 10的横向卡槽 HC 中, 即可挂卡住内通道管 10 从而达到临时自动卡住笔管以方便添加墨水 之目的。 加完墨水后轻轻压住笔管反向旋转即可脱离挂卡取出笔来。
最后特别指出: 在本发明中所述各开心笔与开心加墨器中, 虽然 列举了自来水笔与直液式水性笔的上述优先例型, 但这并不意味着本 发明的开心加墨装置及开心加墨器只能装配在这些例型笔中, 它们还 可以装配应用于其它直液墨水类书写笔头中, 构成具有 '开心笔模式, 下的无染加墨书写工具。 因此, 这些相关的应用都理应视属在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种开心自来水笔, 由包括自来水笔头部组件及弹簧护笼所 组成的自来水笔头部总成(HP)和由包括尾端有直插接口的贮墨管兼 外壳(12)、 内通道管(10)、 防渗胶套(9)、 插塞(8)、 弹簧(7)、 组成的笔后部 (B1) 或由尾端有螺纹接口的贮墨管兼外壳 (12/) 、 内 通道管 ( 10 ) 、 防渗胶套( 9 ) 、 插塞( 8 ) 、 弹簧( 7 ) 、 管尾丝套
(11)组成的笔后部(B2)或由尾端带直插或螺紋接头的贮墨管(12w) 内通道管 (10) 、 防渗胶套(9) 、 插塞 (8) 、 弹簧 (7) 、 贮墨管 外壳 (13a) 所组成的笔后部 (B3) 两大部分与防渗垫圈 (6)和笔盖 构成, 其中该笔设有由包括防渗胶套(9)和内通道管(10)构成的内通 道总成或者是由包括防渗胶套(9)、 内通道管(10)和管尾丝套(11) 构成的带管尾丝套的内通道总成与插塞(8) 、 弹簧(7)和弹簧护笼
(TF) 及相应组件连接构成的开心加墨装置;
在贮墨管 (12w)或贮墨管兼外壳 (12或 12/) 的上端有与相关连 接件相连接的内螺纹接口, 下端设有与内通道管 (10)相连接的直插 口 (Pz) 或与管尾丝套(11)相连接的内螺紋接口 (Pw); 内通道总 成或带管尾丝套内通道总成安装在贮墨管 (12w)或贮墨管兼外壳 (12 或 12/) 的共轴线内腔至尾端的空间内, 由内通道总成下端插接在带 直插接口的贮墨管 (12w)或贮墨管兼外壳 (12)尾端的直插口 (Pz) 中并与之固定融为一体, 或者由带管尾丝套内通道总成通过管尾丝套
(11) 的外螺紋与尾端有螺纹接口的贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳 (12/)尾 端的内螺紋口 (Pw)相连接, 套有防渗胶套的.上端头则伸入^墨管或 贮墨管兼外壳的内部空腔;
弹簧护笼 (TF)设置在笔头部总成(HP) 下腹内的中心供墨孔以 下至防渗胶套(9)头部之间的适当范围内, 其下端与防渗胶套(9) 的 头部保持适当的距离, 也可的套戴在防渗胶套 (9) 的头部上, 由笔 头部总成 (HP) 的下段组件的内腔颈缩制成合适孔径向下延伸, 伸入 贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳的部分与贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳具有适当的透 墨间隙, 并在延伸段周围制有透墨水窗, 附接于笔头组件中;
在弹簧护笼 (TF) 内装有弹簧(7) , 弹簧 (7)上端抵卡在其所 在护笼腔上端的内卡口内, 弹簧(7) 下端套在由衔择头 (8.1) 、 插 体 ( 8.2 ) 、 档座 ( 8· 3 ) 、 定位尾 ( 8· 4 )组成的插塞( 8 ) 的定位尾 (8.4) 上, 将因此可伸缩的插塞(8) 头部向下, 插在该内通道管上 端的防渗胶套(9) 内, 使插塞(8) 的插体 (8.2)与防渗胶套(9) 头部的颈缩圆孔部位紧密闭合、 档座 (8.3)抵压于防渗胶套顶头上, 衔接头 (8.1) 则伸入该防渗胶套腹部的内通道管 (10) 的头部空腔 内。
2. 据权利要求 1 所述的开心自来水笔, 其特征是笔头部总成 (HP)是由自来水笔的笔尖(1)、笔舌滞水器连体(2)、导引芯(5)、 带弹簧护笼 (TF) 的滞水器外壳 (F4) 组成的笔头总成 (HP1) ; 或 由自来水笔的笔尖( A1 )、笔舌( A2 )、带有弹簧护笼的滞水器( FA3 )、 导引芯 (5) 、 滞水器外壳 (A4)组成笔头总成(HP2) ; 其中的带弹 簧护笼滞水器外壳 (F4) 设有与贮墨管 (12w)或贮墨管兼外壳 (12 或 12/) 相连的外螺紋; 其中带有弹簧护笼的滞水器(FA3) 带有滞水 器外壳 (A4)连接螺纹和贮墨管 (12w)或贮墨管兼外壳 (12或 12/) 连接螺纹。
3. 一种开心水性笔, 包括由水性笔头组件及弹簧护笼所组成的 水性笔头部总成 (HW) 和由包括尾端有直插接口的贮墨管兼外壳
(S12) 、 内通道管 (10) 、 防渗胶套(9) 、 插塞(8) 、 弹簧(7) 、 组成的笔后部 (SB1) 或由尾端有螺纹接口的贮墨管兼外壳 (12/) 、 内通道管 (10) 、 防渗胶套(9) 、 插塞 (8) 、 弹簧(7) 、 管尾丝 套(11) 组成的笔后部 (SB2) 或由尾端带直插或螺纹接头的贮墨管
(12w) 内通道管 (10) 、 防渗胶套(9) 、 插塞(8) 、 弹簧 (7) 、 贮墨管外壳 (13a) 所组成的笔后部 (B3) 两大部分与防渗垫圏 (6) 和笔盖构成, 其中该笔设有由包括防渗胶套(9)和内通道管(10)构成 的内通道总成或者是由包括防渗胶套(9)、 内通道管(10)和管尾丝套

在贮墨管 (12w)或贮墨管兼外壳 (S12或 12/ ) 的上端有相关连 接件的内螺纹连接口, 下端有与内通道管相连接的直插口 (Pz)或与 管尾丝套 (11)相连接的内螺纹接口 (Pw); 内通道总成或带管尾丝 套内通道总成设置在贮墨管 (12w) 或贮墨管兼外壳 (S12、 或 12/) 的共轴线内腔至尾端的空间内, 由内通道总成下端插接在尾端带直插 接口的贮墨管 (12w) 或贮墨管兼外壳(Sl I2 )尾端的直插口 (Pz) 中并与之固定融为一体, 或者由带管尾丝套内通 总成通过管尾丝套 (11)的外螺纹与尾端有螺纹接口的的贮墨管或贮 管兼外壳 (12/)尾 端的内螺纹口 (Pw)相连接, 套有防渗胶套(9) 上端头则伸入贮墨 管 (12w)或贮墨管兼外壳(S12、 12/)的内部空腔;
弹簧护笼 (TF)设置在笔头部总成 (HW)下废内的中心供墨孔以 下至防渗胶套(9)头部之间的适当范围内, 其下端与防渗胶套(9 ) 的 头部保持适当的距离, 也可的套戴在防渗胶套 ( 9 ) 的头部上, 由笔 头部总成 (HP) 的下段组件的内腔颈缩制成合适 径向下延伸, 或由 其自身上端头部外缘径向伸出十字或三叉支撑与 部总成 (HW) 中相 关组件相附接, 伸入贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳的部分与贮墨管或贮墨管 兼外壳具有适当的透墨间隙, 并在延伸段周围制有透墨水窗, 附接于 笔头组件中;
在弹簧护笼 (TF) 内装入弹簧(7) , 弹簧 ( 7 )上端抵卡在其所 在护笼腔上端的内卡口内, 弹簧 (7 ) 下端套在由衔接头 (8.1 ) 、 插 体 ( 8.2 ) 、 档座 ( 8· 3 ) 、 定位尾( 8.4 )组成的插塞 ( 8 ) 的定位尾 部 (8.4 ) 上, 将因此可伸缩的插塞(8 ) 头部向下, 插在该内通道管 ( 10 ) 上端的防渗胶套(9 ) 内, 使插塞(8 ) 的插体 (8· 2 ) 与防渗 胶套(9 ) 头部的颈缩圓孔部位紧密闭合, 档座 ( 8.3 )抵压于防渗胶 套顶头上, 衔接头 (8.1 ) 则伸入防渗胶套腹部 Hi内通道管 (10) 的 头部空腔内。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的开心水性笔, 其特征是: 其笔头部总 成(HW)是由针管型水性笔的笔尖管 (S1 ) 、 导墨芯 (S5 )或锥管型 水性笔的笔尖管 (si' ) 、 导墨芯 (s ) 与笔項套(S2 ) 、 带弹簧 护笼滞水器外壳 (FS4) 、 水性笔滞水器(S3)组威的头总成(HW1 ) ; 或者是由针管型水性笔的笔尖管 (S1 ) 、 导,畺、芯 (S5 ) 或锥管型 水性笔的笔尖管 (S1' ) . 导墨芯 (S5' ) 与集蹄水器、 上下外壳连 接螺纹和弹簧护笼为一体的多功能带弹簧护笼 水器 (FS3 ) 、 具有 笔项套功能的滞水器外壳 (S4 ) 组成的笔头总 A ( H 2 ) , 滞水器外 壳 (S4 ) 头部具有与笔项套(S2 ) 头部相似的结狗。
5.—种开心通用笔, 由自来水笔头部总成 ( CHP ) 或水性笔头部 总成 (CHW) 与由贮墨管兼外壳 (Fal2, 、 Fbl2r 、 Fcl2' ) 和开心 加墨装置构成的笔后部总成(CB1、 CB2、 CB3 )或贮墨管(Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 )和开心加墨装置、 贮墨管外壳(13)构成的笔后部总成(CB 、 CB2' 或 CB3' ) , 及防渗垫圈 (6 ) 、 笔盖零部件相连接组成, 其中 该笔设有由包括防渗胶套(9)和内通道管(10)构成的内通道总成或者 是由包括防渗胶套(9)、 内通道管(10)和管尾丝套 (11 )构成的带管 尾丝套的内通道总成与插塞(8 ) 、 弹簧(7 )和弹簧护笼 (TF)及相 应组件连接构成的开心加墨装置; 并且该笔头部可以用统一了外形尺 寸的自来水笔笔头总成 (CHP)和水性笔笔头总成 (CHW) 中的任意一 种连接在带通用接口的贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳总成 (CB1、 CB2、 CB3 或 CB1' 、 CB2' CB3' )上, 从而使一种笔可使用两种或两种以上不 同特征的笔头而互换通用;
贮墨管 (Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 )或贮墨管兼外壳 ( Fal2' 、 FbW 、 Fcl2' )的上端有与相关连接件相连接的螺纹接头,下端有直插口(Pz) 或与管尾丝套(11 )相连接的内螺紋接口 (Pw) ; 内通道总成或带 管尾丝套内通道总成安装在贮墨管 (Fal2、 Fbl2、 Fcl2 )或贮墨管兼 外壳 (Fal2' 、 Fbl2' 、 ¥cl2f ) 的轴向内部至尾端的空间内, 由内 通道总成的下端插接在带直插口的贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳尾端的直插 口 (Pz) 中并与之固定融为一体或由带管尾丝套内通道总成通过管尾 丝套(11 ) 的外螺纹与贮墨管 (Fal2、 Fbl2, Fcl2 )或贮墨管兼外壳
(Fal2/ 、 Fbl2/ 、 Fcl2' )尾端的内螺纹口 (Pw)相连接, 其套有 防渗胶套的上端头则伸入贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳的内部空腔;
弹簧护笼 (TF)设置在贮墨管 (Fal2、 Fbl2. Fcl2 )或 ]ϋ墨管兼 外壳 (Fal2' 、 Fbl2' 、 ¥cl2f ) 上端的螺纹接头以及下至防渗胶套
( 9 ) 以上的适当范围内, 其外壁与贮墨管或贮墨管兼外壳内壁之间 有足够的透墨间隙, 通过设置在两头外缘的径向三叉或十字支撑与贮 墨管或贮墨管兼外壳连接为一体, 上端内腔设有用于抵卡弹簧的缩卡 口, 弹簧护笼 (TF)周围所开的透墨窗孔须使加墨器给笔加墨时, 墨 水从加墨口经过此窗孔顺畅地加入贮墨管中; 弹簧护笼 (TF)下端头 部与防渗胶套(9 ) 的头部之间保持一定的间距, 形成带弹簧护笼的 贮墨管 (Fcl2 ) 或贮墨管兼外壳 (Fcl2' ) ; 弹簧护笼 (TF)也可以 将下端头部向下延伸, 并扩大成为一便手可以围护内通道管 (10)上 端防渗胶套(9 ) 的胶套护腔(JF) , 从而形成带有多功能的弹簧护 笼的贮墨管 (Fal2) 或贮墨管兼外壳 (Fal2' ) , 并且还可以将此多 功能弹簧护笼中的胶套护腔分离出来作为独立胶套护笼 (JF) , 而使 弹簧护笼 (TF) 下端头部与防渗胶套(9)及胶套护笼 ( JF)之间保 持一定的间距,从而形成一种带有独立弹簧护笼( TF )和胶套护笼( JF ) 的贮墨管 (Fbl2)或贮墨管兼外壳 (Fbl2' ) ;
在弹簧护笼 (TF) 内装入弹簧(7) , 弹簧(7)上端抵卡在其所 在护笼腔上端的内卡口内, 弹簧(7) 下端套在由衔接头 (8.1) 、 插 体 ( 8· 2 ) 、 档座 ( 8· 3 ) 、 定位尾 ( 8· 4 )组成的插塞( 8 ) 的定位尾 部 (8.4) 上, 将因此可以伸缩的插塞(8) 头部向下, 插在内通道管 (10) 上端的防渗胶套(9) 内, 使插塞 (8) 的插体 (8.2) 与防渗 胶套(9) 头部的颈缩圆孔部位紧密闭合, 档座 (8.3)抵压于防渗胶 套顶头上, 衔接头 (8.1)则伸入防渗胶套(9)腹部的内通道管 (10) 的头部空腔内。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的开心通用笔, 其特征是: 自来水笔头 部总成(CHP)是由明尖型自来水笔笔尖(1)、 笔舌滞水器连体(2) 、 导引芯 (5) 、 滞水器外壳 (4) 组成的笔头总成 (CHP1) ; 或是由暗 尖型自来水笔的笔尖(A1)、 笔舌(A2)、 滞水器(A3)、导引芯(5)、 滞水器外壳 (A4) 组成的笔头总成 (CHP2) ; 水性笔头部总成(CHW) 是由针管型或锥管型水性笔尖管(S1或 S1' )与导墨芯(35或35' ) , 笔项套(S2) 、 滞水器 (S3) 、 滞水器外壳 (4)组成的笔头总成。
7. 根据权利要求 5 或 6 所述的开心通用笔, 其特征是: 在内通 道管 (10) 的底部设有纵向导槽 (ZC)及横向卡槽(HC), 与开心加墨 器加墨管 (G3)底部的半球形卡(K)相匹配使用。
8. —种供开心自来水笔、 开心水性笔、 开心通用笔和其它相应 用途的开心加墨器, 由包括吸墨管 (G11) 、 钢或玻璃钢珠子(G10) 、 压贮仓管 (G7) , 弹簧(G9) 、 弹性胶活塞(G8) 、 活塞杆 (G6) 、 加墨针管 (G3) 、 笔座护针管 (G4) 、 旁通弯管 (GI 、 定位防渗 瓶盖 (G12) 的加墨器核心总成和包括外套瓶盖 (G1) 、 加墨针管帽
(G2) 、 贮墨瓶(G13) 的附属组件组成, 其中该加墨器具有加墨器 核心总成, 加墨器核心总成装配在墨水瓶(G12)上, 通过定位防渗 瓶盖 (G12) 的内螺纹与贮墨瓶(G12)上的外螺纹相连接;
在压贮仓管(G7)的主体内腔 (7.5) 中装有弹簧(G9)和戴有弹性 密封胶活塞头(G8)的活塞杆(G6), 下端有一小段同轴颈缩管径而形成 的、 包括吸墨管插接口(G7.1)、 内卡口(G7.2 为可选项)、 开闭腔 (G7.3)、 和旁通孔(G7.4)功能部位组成的多功能管, 在插接口(G7.1) 中插有吸墨管(G11), 在开闭腔(G7.3)中装有合适的钢球珠子(G10)并 坐落在内卡口(G7.2)上口, 或当多功能管中无内卡口时, 坐落在直接 插于止回流腔 G7.3中的、 吸墨管 G11的上端口;
在压贮仓管 (G7)主体的侧面平行设置有主体内腔直径比笔的最 大外缘直径稍大的笔座护针管 (G4) , 笔座护针管 (G4)主体管内腔 (4.4) 空敞上端开口, 用作定位插座并保护笔体和加墨针管, 下端 有一段同轴颈缩管而形成的二级多功能管, 二级多功能管有缩卡口或 插接口(G4.1)、 二级止回流腔(G4.2) 、 加墨针管插接口 (G4.3) 功 能部位, 在二级多功能管底部有由本体颈缩向下引出或单独直插于插 接口 (G4.1) 的旁通弯管 (G14) , 旁通弯管 (G14) 的水平端与压贮 仓管底部的旁通孔插合密闭固定一体;
加墨针管 (G3)底部沿笔座护针管 (G4)主体中心垂直向下插在 加墨针管插接口 (G4.3) 中密闭固定, 在加墨针管 (G3) 的下端开为 齿口或斜口状等非水平面口, 其顶端向内设置与开心笔中的插塞(8) 的衔接头 (8.1)相匹配衔接口, 在衔接口底有封口堵头, 在紧靠封 口堵头的下底一侧径向开有一出墨孔以和加墨针管内腔形成通路;
在压贮仓管 (G7)—侧的管壁上, 对准内部的胶活塞(G8) 的中 上部位置径向开有一个细小的通气孔;
定位防渗瓶盖 (G12) 上分别开有匹配于压贮仓管 (G7) 和笔座 护针管 (G4)主体直径的定位孔, 压贮仓管 (G7)和笔座护针管 (G4) 的主体分别装插在相应的定位孔中定位固接并融为一体, 且使压贮仓 管 (G7)上的通气孔位于瓶盖底面的防渗垫以下敞口。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的开心加墨器, 其特征是: 在二级止回 流腔(G4.2) 中装有合适的钢珠子 (G5) , 钢珠子 (G5) 坐落在其底 部的缩卡口 G4.1 上, 或坐落在无缩卡口而直接插于其底部插接口上 的旁通管 (G14)上端口上。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的开心加墨器, 其特征是: 在加墨 针管 (G3) 的底部设有半球形卡 ) 与开心通用笔中内通道管 (10) 底部的纵向导槽 (ZC)及横向卡槽(HC)相匹配使用的。
