Abstract

The chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae are mirrors being worked from the coating side(1). With the possibility not to double focus the engraving and not to conceal the idol coming from the place, on it. This is being successful because on the engraving, desirable layers from the coating side, are extracted, such as glass too. So we can colour-illuminate from this side, with the rest of the coating as 'leader' to the chromolight. The embellishment of the mirror comes from inside. Imperishable on time and on weather, because they do not come directly in contact and they can be cleaned easily. Being engraved on the coating side by the use of laser cnc or by the use of sandblusting, we have controlled industrial production in decoration. Chromoilluminated by any distance, direction of the light source and colour of it, being coloured from the coating side or both, bring us the chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae. New horizons are opened in the decoration world with the chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae.

Description

CHROMOILLUMINATED MIRRORGRAPHIMAE The invention refers to chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae being used to the decoration of interior and exterior places. Nowadays sandblusting and cnc is usually being used at the glass and at the mirrors for their embellishment. Also membranes, hard objects or corrosive substances are used from the coating side. Characteristically we report: a)DE29921059U U/{JU OCHONG AN} 02-03-2000 b)US6543163 A {GINSBERG} 08-04-2003 c)W09310697 A {VAN WYK} 10-06-1993 d)US6231 196 B/{MAHACHEK} 15-05-2001 e)US5237766 A {MIKOLAY}24-08-1993 and f)US5210967 A {BROWN} 18-05-1993. So the results are not particularly visible at 5a glance or striking in dark sides. It is also reported to each laser cnc (e.g YAG laser in US6231 196 B {MAHA- CHEIC Wo9310697 A{VAN WYK} etc). So until today engravings from the front side is focused on coating (We will refer to silver-plated coating because it is not0the only method of making mirror but also the tin- plated coating, leaden coating etc). Without being distinct. Also the results that each technician had had, even from the coating side, were not distinct. But they did not use the same technique with us.5Such advantage of this invention are the new horizons in decoration. There is no double focus of the engraving on the coating and concealing of the idol that comes from the area, because we work on the coating side. A mirror that is engraved from the coating0side can be coloured, illuminated or both together from this side. Presenting chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae . The invention is being described below with the help of an example and report to the accompa- nied design: the figure 1 presents the coating side it is visible, according the invention, the engraving and the possibility of being chromoilluminated. Without double focus of the engraving and concealing of the idol coming from the space, because essentially we engraved the coating side. We worked on the picture- design by a design pc program. There is no limit on the design input, because it can be analysed by any software. We define as a design any representation of an object with lines on paper, figure, drawing, design and every faithful-detailed representation of faces, animals, object from "fine arts". Anything the human eye can catch. So every file from creative studio, is entered in the pc of the laser cnc or in the pc of the cutting mo- dθls for sandblusting, and is being processed in proportion with the machine we will engrave. At the laser cnc put the mirror with the coating side up, so we can sec it and when we are going to engrave with the sandblusting method, we stick the model from the coating side. So with the extraction of desirable layers of coating and glass, the engraving on the mirror is succeeded even in the same dimension or smaller-bigger than the original design, according to the demands of our work. Well mirrorgraphima. Flunctuating the design analysis on the design software, we leave, proportionally, not engraved surface on the mirror 0-100 millimetres of a metre with the laser cnc, when we cannot do that by the sandblusting. So we have qualitative and detailed engraving by the use of the laser cnc, when the sandblusting cannot bring. The chromoillumination on the mirrorgraphimae is being such as: we colour from the side where ,at last, the mirrorgraphima is and on it. With fantastic result because engraved and coloured from the coating side brings 3-d designs. That' is because we first see the engraving and then colour. We illuminate, by any source, and colour light can be meant nowadays, lamp of inflammation fluorescence, chemical and biological, optical fibre etc from the coating side. The coating side does not allow the colour and the light pass through, just the lightness passes through and the engraving gives another weave. The chromoillumination. Both coloured and chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae. The decoration is being enriched by new suggestions by the application of this technique.

Claims

1. Making method of chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae that is characterized from the following stages: a) Input of any design-picture,being processed by design software programs in pc. b) Transmission of the analysis of the file design-picture to laser cnc or cutting models of sandblusting. g)Work on the coating side of the mirror by laser or sandblusting. d) Engraving of the design-picture on the coating side of the mirror with extraction of desirablelayers of the coating and glass, with detailed accuracy by the laser cnc and general shape by the sandblusting. e) The chromoillumination of the engraved design-picture on the mirror.
2. Method according to the claim 1 is characterised bythe fact that the chromoillumination of the engraved design depends on the extraction of different design, in thickness, coating and on the engraving on,different thickness, glass of the mirror according to the design-picture that is engraved from the laser cnc or the sandblusting onthe coating side of the mirror.
3. Method according to claim 1 is characterised because after the work on the coating side of the mirror, comes the stage of the engraving's coating by the desirable colour, in order to have the chromoillumination of the engraveddesign-picture on the mirror.
4. Making system of chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae is characterised because any design can be entered by the use of software in pc and then transmission of the design-picture to laser cnc or cutting models for sand-blusting, in order to be engraved, in detailed accuracy by the laser cnc or in general shape by the sandblusting, the coating side by the extraction of desirable layers of the covering and the glass too, having as a result the chromoillumination of the engraving on the mirror by a brightsource which is on the coating side of the mirror.
5. System according the claim 4, is characterised of the fact that the chromoillumination of the engraved design on the mirror, is the result of the extraction of different in thickness coating and glass. Also it is result of the bright source which is located on the coating side of the mirror.
5 6. The mirror with chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae are characterised by the fact that the engraving of the coating side of the mirror, by the extraction of desirable layers of the cover or glass, by the use of laser cnc for detailed accuracy or sandblusting for general shape, lOoutcoming the controlled chromoilluminated of the engraved design on the mirror by any illuminated source being located on the mirror's coating side.
7. The mirrors with chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae according to the claim 6 are characterised of the fact that
15the result of the chromoillumination of the engraved design from the mirror's coating side is independent of the distance, the direction of the bright source and of the source's colour.
8. The mirrors with chromoilluminated mirrorgraphimae 0according to claim 7,are characterized by the fact that they are coloured, illuminated or both from the mirror's coating side. So we have the chromoillumination on the other side of the mirror because of the engraving and the intervention of the chromoillumination.
