Abstract

On trouve un élément de toit rigide (59), monté articulé en rotation derrière la rangée de sièges (57), par l'intermédiaire de moyens de basculement (90, 200), entre un état fermé au dessus de l'habitacle et un état rangé dans lequel l'élément de toit est escamoté derrière ladite rangée de sièges, sensiblement verticalement. Pour l'articulation de cet élément, les moyens de basculement sont agencés pour limiter sa profondeur de débattement dans son mouvement entre ses positions fermée et rangée, les moyens de basculement comprenant à cet effet au moins un bras (200) lié à l'élément de toit et par l'intermédiaire duquel cet élément est articulé par rapport au bâti, et au moins une première glissière (500) vis-à-vis de laquelle le bras est monté coulissant et articulé en rotation suivant une direction parallèle à ladite direction transversale, la forme de la glissière et les dimensions et positions relatives de l'élément de toit et de cette glissière étant adaptées pour que l'élément de toit se décale vers l’avant, alors que l'élément bascule de sa position fermée vers sa position rangée.
