Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ginseng oil using a root of ginseng from which edible oil could not be obtained. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing edible oil wherein a root of ginseng is aged for some time using edible oil such as bean oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil or olive oil and the root of ginseng and oil are separated. For this, the method for manufacturing ginseng oil according to the present invention includes the steps of mixing a root of ginseng and edible oil of various kinds and in a container, fermenting and aging them for some time, and regulating them.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ginseng oil using a root of ginseng and botanical oil such as bean oil,
corn oil, rapeseed oil or olive oil.
Background Art
Generally, in the field of edible oil that can be used as food, a method for manufacturing oil using a root of ginseng or plant, or fermentation or aging has not yet been used. This is because the method for manufacturing oil is limited to a
method for compressing a seed or embryo bud of a plant to obtain oil.
Elements corresponding to oil do not exist in a root of a plant such as a root of ginseng. It is thus impossible to obtain edible oil from a root of ginseng.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to obtain edible oil from a root of a plant such as ginseng from which edible
oil could not be obtained. To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing new edible oil in which ginseng is aged using a root of a plant or botanical oil so that
components contained in the root of the plant are mixed with the
botanical oil.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
A method for manufacturing ginseng oil of the present invention
will now be described. A root of ginseng is first washed in order to remove impuri ies.
Moisture is then removed from the ginseng using a drier. The root of ginseng is cut by 3cm. A bean oil container, a corn oil container, a rapeseed oil container or an olive oil container is prepared, The cut
ginseng is then injected into the container in the ratio of 30% in ginseng: 70% of edible oil. With the container covered, the ginseng contained in the container is aged for over lδ clays at normal
temperature of 5°C to 35°C so that components of ginseng including saponin is mixed with the edible oil. Finally, the root of ginseng and the edible oil are separated.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, according to the present invention, edible oil obtained by aging a plant is mi.xed with effective components among
components contained in a root of ginseng. Therefore, the present invention has effects that edible oil of the present invention can be applied to food variously and can be kept for a long time.

What Is Claimed Is:
1. A method for manufacturing edible oil by aging a root of
ginseng and edible oil, comprising the steps of: mixing the root of ginseng and botanical oil in the ratio of 1:3 and then aging them for over 15 days: and separating the age root of ginseng and edible oil.
