发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调组合式中空墙板,解决运输储存时 各构件均可规则叠置、达到体积小, 破损少, 能快速、准确地进行不同 厚度墙体的安装和延伸的技术问题; 其次是解决墙组拼接的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种可调组合式中空墙板, 包括有墙板和连接件, 其特征在于: 该 墙板为包含有位于中间的基部、由基部两侧弯折外延的延伸部和位于延 伸部边缘的结合唇口的凹形体;该连接件为两侧边分别具有嵌插槽和嵌 槽的嵌插式连接件, 其一侧的嵌插槽中间设置有不同宽度的分离间隔, 另一侧的嵌槽处于中心位置; 每二块墙板相向并合形成一组空腹的墙 组,各墙组以其结合唇口嵌***连接件一侧的嵌插槽内而相互连接;设 置有将相邻两墙组连接的延伸板条,该延伸板条两侧分别***两墙组对 应的连接件另一侧的嵌槽内。 上述的可调组合式中空墙板,其特征在于: 该墙板的基部和延伸部 为中间具有支撑的双层壁体。
上述的可调组合式中空墙板, 其特征在于: 设置有断面呈近似 H 形的墙组拼接件。
上述的可调组合式中空墙板, 其特征在于: 该墙板的基部内侧面 可设置有支撑槽; 每一墙组可设置有支撑板, 该支撑板的两侧边分别插 入墙组两墙板对应的支撑槽内。
上述的组合式中空隔墙板, 其特征在于: 该墙板的基部外侧面可设 置有数个口小底大的凹槽。
上述的组合式中空隔墙板, 其特征在于: 该延伸板条为设置有若干 孔洞的细长板体或网状体。
本发明具有下述优点:
1、 在仓储和运输时各构件均可以方便地叠置, 几乎设有闲置的多余 空间, 每立方米空间可至少叠置 90平方米的墙板, 既减少了仓库用地, 又提高了运输效率, 降低产品成本。
2、墙板使用类似蜂窝的复壁,既减轻重量又大大增加了刚度和强度, 特别是使用塑胶材质时, 效果尤甚, 可显著地降低破损率。
3、 使用嵌插方式连接, 不必使用易引起火灾的焊接方法; 能方便、 安全、 快捷地完成墙体的建立, 节省安装费用。
4、本发明既可喷涂水泥浆,也可以嵌装石膏板或护墙板等形成墙体, 以扩大品种, 使之与建筑物的环境协调。
5、 墙组构成的空腹中, 既可以填充绝热、 隔音的材料, 又可减轻墙 的自重, 同时又方便管、 线的埋设。
6、 可通过连接件宽度的变化, 使墙组的空腹距离变化, 以适应不同 厚度墙体的需要, 而且设有支撑板, 增加厚墙体的强度和刚度。 7.设置有墙组拼接件, 使材料的各构件利用率达 100%, 大大降低施 工成本。 而且不受层高大于墙板等预制长度的限制, 扩大了本发明的使 用范围。
