Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au papier protégé contre la contrefaçon et à un procédé et dispositif de fabrication correspondants. Selon le procédé de l'invention, on forme une première bande de papier munie d'un ruban de protection ayant une largeur supérieure à 2 mm, qui est intégré à la bande de papier pendant sa fabrication sur un cylindre à grille circulaire, avec formation de zones d'accès libre (d'ouvertures) au recto de la bande sur les éléments qui dépassent. Le ruban de protection est intégré à la première bande de papier lors de la fabrication de ce dernier, après formation de zone d'accès libre et avec formation simultanée d'une couche fibreuse dont la masse est égale à 35 - 50 % de la masse de la première bande de papier. Simultanément à la formation de la première bande en papier on forme une deuxième bande en papier qui ne contient aucun ruban de protection; après la formation de la première bande en papier on la superpose au verso de ladite bande et on les raccorde pour recouvrir les défauts au verso de la première bande en papier. On effectue ensuite le pressage et le séchage du matériau à deux couches ainsi obtenu. En tant qu'éléments qui dépassent on utilise des éléments étanches à l'eau. Pendant la formation de la première et/ou de la deuxième bandes de papier on y introduit un élément de protection supplémentaire. On utilise une bande de protection ayant une largeur entre 2 et 20 mm, munie d'éléments de protection supplémentaires.
