It will be realized that either the key carries a magnet 24 and the pin 20a is made of a soft ferrous material, or the reverse situation prevails. Furthermore, both components can be magnets if the key 12 is configured to be insertable in one direction only so that the magnets are arranged to face each other by opposite poles.

  • the locking element 32 is consequently magnetically pulled towards and contacts the key magnet 46, thus causing withdrawal of the locking element 32 from the recess 38 to allow revolution of the rotor 34 relative to the stator body 40, as seen in FIG. 3d.

As the magnetically-operated locking element 50 has engaged the recess 54, rotation of the rotor 58 is prevented.

Abstract

L'invention concerne des mécanismes de verrouillage formant cylindre combinant un mécanisme de verrouillage formant cylindre mécanique et magnétique, pouvant être fabriqué dans différentes configurations. Le mécanisme de verrouillage formant cylindre mécanique et magnétique et la clé, comprennent, un rotor pouvant tourner lorsque la clé est insérée, ce rotor servant de support à une première pluralité de tiges de barillet déplaçables de manière mécanique, et à au moins une partie d'un élément de verrouillage actionné de manière magnétique. Un corps de stator sert de support au rotor de manière tournante, et sert de support à une seconde pluralité de tiges de barillet mécaniques deplaçables de manière axiale, et sert également de support aux éléments restants de l'élément de verrouillage actionné de manière magnétique et à une came de verrouillage faisant saillie à partir du corps de verrouillage lorsque le mécanisme de verrouillage se trouve dans sa position verrouillée. La clé peut être insérée dans le rotor, et est dotée de renfoncements destinés au positionnement des tiges de barillet mécaniques le long d'une ligne de cisaillement. Cette clé peut porter un aimant profilé et inséré pour ouvrir l'élément de verrouillage actionné de manière magnétique, et est caractérisée en ce qu'un aimant est situé sensiblement au niveau de la ligne centrale de la clé, le long du profil de clé.
