Abstract

A method and an apparatus for producing monodispersed particles, characterized in that an area of the clearance between the inside of a nozzle part and a cylinder rod (Af) and an area of the cross section of an orifice satisfy the formula: Af > Ao; and monodispersed particles produced by the method. The method allows the continuous and stable mass production of monodispersed particles having an uniform particle size (diameter) distribution, since the supply of a flowable material to a container for storing the flowable material is accelerated and carried out smoothly due to the above relationshp of Af and Ao.
