Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure comprenant au moins une sonde de mesure (10), des moyens aptes à appliquer séquentiellement une tension d'alimentation contrôlée entre la sonde de mesure (10) et un élément de référence et des moyens aptes à intégrer les charges électriques accumulées sur la sonde de mesure (10), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre au moins une sonde de mesure auxiliaire (100), reliée également séquentiellement à des moyens d'alimentation électrique contrôlée et a des moyens d'intégration de charges, la dite sonde de mesure auxiliaire (100) présentant, vis à vis d'une zone potentielle de détection une capacite différente de la sonde de mesure principale (10), de telle sorte que I'exploitation comparative des signaux issus respectivement des deux sondes de mesure (10, 100) permette de déterminer I'influence de la sonde de mesure principale.
