Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé basé sur l'utilisation de fibres préalablement teintes. Dans une première phase de ce procédé, on obtient d'une mèche peignée ou lainée de sorte qu'avec des mèches de couleurs différentes et au moyen de cônes de bâti, on procède au tissage dans une machine circulaire, ce qui permet d'obtenir un tissu en poil à une face comportant un dessin. Par la suite, on procède à une opération de résinage et de ramification pour préparer le tissu en vue d'une phase postérieure de lainage par le revers du tissu, grâce à laquelle on obtient l'extraction de poils par cette seconde face et pour, finalement, procéder à une phase de tonte et de brillantage, par les deux faces, qui permet de conférer au tissu son aspect final doux, brillant et léger.
