Abstract

Bei einem Duplexer für ein drahtloses Kommunikationssystem, das ein Sende- und ein Empfangsband aufweist, wird vorgeschlagen, als Eingans- und/oder Ausgangsfilter einen gesplitteten Oberflächenwellenfilter vorzusehen, welcher aus zumindest zwei Teilfiltern besteht, die benachbarte Frequenzteilbereiche des entsprechenden Bandes abdecken und sich zum Gesamtband ergänzen. Es sind zumindest zwei Paare von Teilfiltern vorgesehen, die jeweils einen Filter im Eingangs- und Ausgangsfilter umfassen. Mittels eines Schalters kann zwischen den zumindest zwei Paaren umgeschaltet werden. Bei gleichbleibendem Duplexerabstand wird ein höherer Bandabstand zwischen Sende- und Empfangsband beziehungsweise den entsprechenden Frequenzteilbereichen geschaffen, der mit OFW-Filtern realisierbar ist.
