Abstract

Um in einem Behältnis (1), dessen Wand in einem vorgegebenen Spektralbereich mindestens teilweise transparent ist, Serum zu detektieren, wird das Behältnis Lichtbestrahlung (9) ausgesetzt und die Intensität der transmittierten Strahlung bei mindestens zwei bestimmten Wellenlängen μ gemessen. In Funktion dieser Intensitätsmessung wird auf Vorhandensein bzw. Nichtvorhandensein von Serum an der durchstrahlten Stelle des Behältnisses geschlossen.
