In der Lebensmitteltechnik werden zum Druckstabilisieren von mit stillen Getränken gefüllten PET-Getränkeflaschen CRYOGEN R -Injektoren der Fa. Messer Griesheim GmbH eingesetzt, mit deren Hilfe ein kleiner Tropfen Stickstoff-flüssig kurz vor dem Verschließen der PET-Getränkeflasche in die bereits mit dem stillen Getränk gefüllte PET-Getränkeflasche eingebracht wird. Durch Verdampfung des Stickstoff-Tropfens wird in der verschlossenen PET-Getränkeflasche der zu deren Formstabilisierung notwendige Druck aufgebaut. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß Stickstoff-gasförmig durch ein in einer BefülUeitung der Abfüllanlage angeordnetes Begasungsgerät (Sparging) in die mit dem stillen Getränk gefüllte PET-Getränkeflasche eingebracht und durch den anschließend aus dem stillen Getränk in die verschlossene PET- Getränkeflasche entweichenden Stickstoff der zur Formstabilisierung der PET- Getränkeflasche notwendige Druck erzeugt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zum Druckstabilisieren von mit stillen Getränken gefüllten PET-Getränkeflaschen ist insbesondere durch niedrige Hardware-Kosten gekennzeichnet, ist zudem störungsfrei in der Anwendung und erübrigt zusätzlichen Serviceaufwand.
